بررسي و اولويت‌بندي ابعاد رفتار سياسي – اجتماعي مديران با استفاده از تكنيك‌ فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي(FAHP)

Investigating and Prioritizing the Dimensions of Socio-Political Behavior of Managers Using the Fuzzy Hierarchy Process Analysis (FAHP)

هدف‌ ‌پژوهش حاضر‌ ارائه‌يك ‌مدل‌تركيبي فازي تصميم‌گيري چند شاخصه، جهت شناسايي ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي وقوع رفتارسياسي مديران ارشد بانك مسكن در شعب تهران، با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي و وزن دهي و اولويت بندي ابعاد وشاخص‌ها با استفاده از تكنيك فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري را 20 نفر از مديران ارشد بانك مسكن كه حداقل داراي 10 سال سابقه اجرايي و مديريتي هستند، تشكيل مي‌دهند. به منظور داشتن ابزارهاي مناسب براي ارزيابي اهميت ابعاد وشاخص‌هاي رفتار سياسي، پس از مطالعه‌ي مقالات و تحقيقات محققين گذشته پيرامون ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي موثر و با تكنيك دلفي فازي استخراج شدند. با استفاده از طيف اعداد فازي مثلثي ساعتي ماتريس مقايسه‌ي زوجي عوامل اصلي توسط خبرگان مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از تكنيك فرآيند سلسله مراتبي فازي چانگ به وزن‌دهي ابعاد تحقيق پرداختيم. نتايج حاصل از وزن‌دهي به ابعاد رفتار سياسي مديران ارشد بانك مسكن با فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي نشان داد كه بعد نگرش‌هاي شغلي رتبه‌ي اول و ابعاد پيامدهاي كاري، ابعاد سازماني و بعد ويژگي‌هاي فردي رتبه هاي دوم تا چهارم را كسب نمودند. به همين ترتيب به ازاي شاخص‌ها نيز وزن‌دهي و رتبه‌بندي انجام شد.

The purpose of the present study is to present a multi-index fuzzy multi-index combinational model for identifying dimensions and indicators of behavioral behavior of senior managers of Mashkan banks in Tehran's branches using Delphi technique and weighting and prioritizing dimensions and indicators using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process. The statistical population consists of 20 senior managers of Mashkan Bank with at least 10 years of executive and managerial experience. In order to have appropriate tools for assessing the importance of the dimensions and dimensions of political behavior, after studying the articles and researches of past researchers about the dimensions and indices of effective and with a fuzzy Delphi technique were extracted. Using the triangular fuzzy spectrum of the clock, the pairwise matrix of the key factors was evaluated by the experts. Then, using Chang's fuzzy hierarchical process technique, we investigated the dimensions of the research. The results of the weighting on the dimensions of political behavior of senior managers of Maskan Bank with the process of fuzzy hierarchy analysis showed that the dimension of the job attitudes first rank and the dimensions of the work outcomes, organizational dimensions and the dimension of the personal characteristics of the second to fourth rank. Similarly, weighting and rating were made for indicators.
