نقش تعديل‌كننده جهت‌گيري مذهبي اسلامي در رابطة مسئوليت‌پذيري چند‌بعدي‌‌ با ‌شادكامي ديني متأهلين

Moderating Role of Islamic-Religious Orientation in the Relationship between Multidimensional Responsibility and Religious Happiness of Married people

همواره‌ طي دوره‌هاي گوناگون زندگي انسان،‌ تلاش براي كسب شادكامي و آرامش بيشتر و كنكاش در جهت يافتن همبسته‌هاي آن، در اولويت‌هاي نظام بشريت قرار داشته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش تعديل‌كنندگي جهت‌گيري مذهبي ‌اسلامي در رابطه مسئوليت‌پذيري چندبعدي با شادكامي ديني است. جامعه آماري متأهلين منطقه يك تهران مي‌باشند و نمونه مورد نظر با روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس و گلوله‌برفي در تعداد 385 نفر كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران محاسبه شده‌اند، انتخاب گرديده است. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش رگرسيون تعديل‌شده، رگرسيون چندمتغيره هم‌زمان و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون بوسيله نرم‌افزار spss انجام گرديد. نتايج حاصل پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه جهت‌گيري مذهبي اسلامي در رابطه مسئوليت‌پذيري و شادكامي به‌طور مثبت تعديل ايجاد مي‌كند و سبب افزايش اين ارتباط مي‌گردد. هم‌چنين مسئوليت‌پذيري چندبعدي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن (به‌جز مسئوليت در برابر طبيعت) به‌طور مثبت و معنادار پيش‌بيني‌كننده شادكامي اسلامي است. (37/0=R2، 0.05>p)‌ جهت‌گيري مذهبي اسلامي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن نيز به‌طور مثبت و معنادار 75% واريانس شادكامي اسلامي را پيش‌بيني مي‌كند. (‌76/0=R2، 0.05>p) و در نهايت تمامي مؤلفه‌هاي شادكامي اسلامي، توسط مسئوليت‌پذيري و جهت‌گيري مذهبي قابل پيش‌بيني است كه بيشترين توان پيش‌بيني در رابطه با زيرمقياس عاطفي ـ معنوي و كمترين توان مربوط به صفات شخصيتي است.

Throughout different periods of human life, the effort to achieve more happiness and peace, and to search out their correlates have been considered among the priorities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of the Islamic-religious orientation in the relationship between multidimensional responsibility and religious happiness. The statistical population consisted of married couples living in district 1 of Tehran, with a convenient and snowball sampling method. The sample size was 385 people calculated by the Cochran formula. The data analysis was performed using modified regression, simultaneous multivariate regression, and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS software. The results of the research are as follows: 1- Islamic religious orientation in relation to responsibility and happiness has a positive moderating effect and increases this communication. 2- Multidimensional responsibility and its components (except responsibility for natural environment) are positive and meaningful predictors of Islamic happiness (R2 = 0/37, p <0.05). 3- Islamic religious orientation and its components positively and significantly predict 75% of the variance of Islamic happiness. (R2 = 0.76, p < 0.05). 4- All components of Islamic happiness are predictable by responsibility and religious orientation, having the highest predictive power in relation to the spiritualemotional subsystem and the lowest power related to personality traits.
