حدود مداخله‌‌ دولت در فرهنگ در منابع ديني؛ مورد مطالعه: موسوعه امام علي (ع)

The Extent of Government Intervention in Culture according to Religious Sources; Case Study of Imam Ali Compendium

خط سير انقلاب اسلامي رسيدن به تمدن نوين اسلامي است. مراحل اين صيرورت عبارت است از‌: انقلاب اسلامي، نظام اسلامي، دولت اسلامي، جامعه اسلامي و در نهايت تمدن نوين اسلامي. اكنون در سومين حلقه از زنجيره تمدن نوين اسلامي، بار تحقق دولت اسلامي بر دوش مسئولان و خصوصاً انديشمندان حوزه علوم انساني است. يكي از عرصه‌هايي كه دولت خواه ناخواه بر آن تأثير‌گذار است، فضاي فرهنگي حاكم بر جامعه است. حال اين سؤال مطرح مي‌شود كه اساساً مبتني بر منابع اصيل ديني، حد و مرز مداخله دولت تا كجاست؟ مسئله اين پژوهش، حدود مداخله دولت در عرصه فرهنگ مي‌باشد. اين مقاله سعي دارد با روش استنباط صحيح در مراجعه به متون اصيل ديني، به جست‌و‌جوي ابعاد دخالت دولت در عرصه فرهنگ بپردازد. روش اين پژوهش كتابخانه‌اي و رويكرد آن توصيفي و تحليلي است. بر اساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش آموزش و تربيت، ارشاد و هدايت مردم، ايجاد بستر و مقدمات لازم براي انجام فرائض و مقابله و مبارزه با بدعت‌هاي جديد سطوح مداخله دولت در عرصه فرهنگ را تعيين مي‌كند. روش مداخله ‌دولت در فرهنگ در يك طيف حكيمانه و با موعظه آغاز و به مقابله ‌مسلحانه ختم مي‌شود، كه هر‌كدام از روش‌ها در يك حوزه بايد بكار بسته شود و نكته ‌ظريف در اينجاست كه استفاده ‌يك روش در حوزه ‌ديگر ممكن است باعث ايجاد خسارت جبران‌نا‌پذير مي‌شود.

The course followed by the Islamic Revolution is to reach the new Islamic civilization. The stages of this evolution are: The Islamic Revolution, the Islamic system, the Islamic State, the Islamic society, and finally the new Islamic civilization. Now in the third phase of modern Islamic civilization, the burden of achieving the Islamic state is on the shoulders of the officials, especially the scholars engaged on humanities. One of the areas which is inevitably under the impact of the government is the dominant cultural atmosphere of the society. The question that arises here is that based on genuine religious sources, where are the limits of government intervention? The subject of this study is determining the extent of the government’s intervention in the field of culture. Based on our findings, such factors like education, guidance of the people, setting the ground for conducting one’s religious duties, and fighting against heresies, determine the levels of government’s intervention in the field of culture. This intervention usually starts with wise sayings but culminates in armed confrontation. and the subtle point is that each of these methods must be utilized in one specific situation, but extending this method to other domains may result in irreparable harms.
