تحليلي بر روش‌شناسي نظام‌هاي اقتصادي- سياسي با تأكيد بر ايران

در اين مقاله تلاش شده است تا از طريق بررسي رابطه ميان ايده - ماده به بررسي نظام‌هاي مطرح در حوزه اقتصاد سياسي كه عبارت‌اند از ليبراليسم يا اقتصاد مبتني بر بازار آزاد و سوسياليسم يا اقتصاد برنامه‌ريزي‌شده و اقتصاد تركيبي پرداخته شود و در پايان، روش‌شناسي نظام اقتصادي- سياسي ايران مورد تحليل قرار گيرد. سؤال اين است كه چه نوع روش‌شناسي براي بررسي اين نظام‌ها مناسب‌تر است. فرض پژوهش اين است كه ازآنجاكه در اقتصاد ليبراليستي، ايده تقدم بر ماده و در اقتصاد سوسياليستي، ماده تقدم بر ايده دارد به دليل جدايي ميان سوژه و ابژه در اين دو نظام، روش‌شناسي اين دو نظام اقتصادي- سياسي، پلوراليستي و مبتني بر نقد بيروني و ذره‌گونه است. درحالي‌كه در اقتصاد تركيبي كه مبتني بر ديدگاه توسعه منابع انساني و دولت رفاه است، نوع روش‌شناسي آن «درون ماندگار» و يا استعلايي است. روش‌شناسي در اين مقاله، مبتني بر روش‌شناسي مايكل والزر است كه درصدد است به‌نوعي بين ايده و بين ماده در نظام‌هاي اقتصادي - سياسي، توازن و تعامل بر مبناي واقعيت‌هاي موجود ايجاد كند.

This paper has tried to examine the well-known systems in political economy by examining the relation between idea and material. These systems are liberalism or free market economy, socialism or planned economy and combined economy. an‎d finally the methodology of Iran’s political-economy system is analyzed. The question is what the most suitable methodology to analyze these systems is. We assume that in a free market economy, idea is prior to material but in the socialist economy, it is vice versa and everything is considered materialist. However, in both of these systems, because of separation between subject and object (dualism), the methodology of these political-economy systems is pluralistic and based on external critique. In contrast, in a combined economy which is based on the perspective of human resource development and the welfare state, there is a kind of transcendental and permanent methodology. The methodology of this paper is based on Michael Wallzer's methodology, which tries to create balance and interaction between the subject and the object in the economy-political systems based on existing facts.
