نظريه روح بنيان «ريچارد ندليبو»؛ چارچوبي تحليلي براي تبيين تجديد نظرطلبي در روابط بين الملل

The Spiritual-based Theory of Richard Ned Lebow; An Analytical Framework for Explaining Revisionism in International Relations

رويكرد تجديد نظر طلبي در سياست خارجي دولت ها نه تنها بايد مورد توجه جدي تري در نظريه پردازي روابط بين الملل قرار گيرد، بلكه ضروري است كه اين پديده در رهيافت پسااثبات گرايانه و با توجه به انگيزه هاي غير مادي مطالعه گردد. نظريه روحيه بنيان «ريچارد ندليبو» كه با مبنا قرار دادن پديده و مفهوم روحيه و محرك ها و انگيزه هاي آن، تقابل و چالش گري در عرصه روابط بين الملل را تبيين مي كند، چارچوب مناسبي براي مطالعه رفتار تجديدنظرطلبانه دولت ها در عرصه سياست خارجي و روابط بين الملل ارائه مي دهد. نظريه ندليبو همچنين مي تواند چارچوب مناسبي براي تحليل سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا. به عنوان دولتي تجديد نظرطلب باشد. اين نوشتار در پي پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه بر اساس نگرش ندليبو ، روحيه چگونه دولت ها را به سمت تجديد نظر طلبي در روابط بين الملل سوق مي دهد؟ در پاسخ، اين فرضيه مطرح مي شود كه روحيه از طريق انگيزه ها و محرك هاي عزت، غرور و سرافرازي، دولت ها را به سمت تجديد نظرطلبي در روابط بين الملل سوق مي دهد.

We should more seriously consider the revisionist approach in foreign policy of states in the theory of International Relations. it, also, is necessary to be studied in a post-structuralist approach with respect to immaterial motives. Richard Ned Lebow’s spirit-based theory, which explains the controversy and challenge in the International Relations arena based on the concept of spirit and motives and its motivations, provides a good framework for studying the state's revisionist attitudes in the field of foreign policy and International Relations. Ned Lebow's theory can also be a good framework for analyzing the foreign policy of the I.R.Iran as a revisionist state. This paper seeks to answer the question that how does the spirit direct governments towards revisionism in International Relations according to Ned Lebow's theory? In response, the essay hypothesized that the soul, through motivations and motives of dignity, pride and greatness, leads governments to revisionism in international relations.
