Anatomy of Security Dimensions from the perspective of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny

امنيت از مهم‌ترين و ابتدايي‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي مبنايي هر دولت به شمار مي‌رود. اكثر مباني نظري در حوزه مطالعات امنيت برگرفته از متون غربي است. البته در سال‌هاي اخير تلاش‌هايي جهت بومي‌سازي اين مطالعات صورت گرفته اما هنوز جاي كار فراواني دارد. هدف اين مقاله كوشش در جهت هدف مذكور است كه با روش تحليل محتوا در سيره آيت‌الله مهدوي كني(ره)، سعي شد قدمي در اين مسير مهم برداشته شود. علت انتخاب آيت‌الله مهدوي كني، اين است كه ايشان در سال‌هاي ابتدايي پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي، مسئوليت تأمين امنيت كشور را در دو سازمان مهم يعني كميته انقلاب اسلامي و وزارت كشور، بر عهده داشتند. محققين به دنبال پاسخ به اين سؤال‌اند كه در انديشه آيت‌الله مهدوي كني در خصوص امنيت، چه ابعادي وجود داشته و كدام‌يك از اولويت برخوردارند؟ براي پاسخ به اين سؤال دو دسته از منابع بررسي شد كه هركدام از اين دو صرفاً يك قسمت از كار را پيش مي‌برد. نگارندگان با بررسي دقيق منابع نظري حوزه امنيت و منابع مربوط به سيره آيت‌الله مهدوي كني، نهايتاً موفق به كالبدشكافي ابعاد امنيت از ديدگاه ايشان گشته به‌طوري‌كه خروجي حاصل از اين پژوهش، كمك شاياني به مطالعات بومي امنيت خواهد نمود. نتيجه تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه: آيت‌الله مهدوي كني، در كنار اينكه ابعاد رايج از امنيت را پذيرفته‌اند اما معتقدند كه پايه و اساس اين ابعاد بايد اسلام و فرهنگ اسلامي و از همه مهم‌تر بُعد اخلاقي اسلام باشد، چراكه اگر اين‌طور نشود بسياري از برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي كلان، به سرمنزل حقيقي خود نخواهند رسيد و بجاي اينكه بر مبناي اخلاق بنا شوند، بر اساس سياست‌بازي‌هاي ناصواب شكل خواهند گرفت.

Security is one of the most important and basic elements of any government. Most theoretical foundations in the field of security studies are from Western texts. There have been some attempts to localize these studies in recent years, but there is still much work to do. The purpose of this article is to attempt to reach this goal by attempting to take a step in this important direction by content analysis method of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny. The reason for Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny's election is that in the early years of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, he was responsible for securing the country in two important organizations, the Islamic Revolutionary Committee and the Ministry of the Interior. Researchers seek to answer the question of what dimensions and priorities should be found in Ayatollah Mahdi's conception of security. To answer this question, two sets of sources were examined, each of which merely promoted one piece of work. By carefully examining the theoretical sources in the field of security and the sources related to Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani, the authors have finally succeeded in dissecting the dimensions of security from their point of view so that the output of this research will greatly contribute to indigenous security studies. The result shows that: Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny, while accepting the common dimensions of security, but believes that the basis of these dimensions must be Islam and Islamic culture and, above all, the ethical dimension of Islam, because if not so many grand plans, They will not reach their true home, and instead of building on ethics, they will be shaped by inappropriate policies.
