چكيده فارسي :
نظرية كنش كلامي يكي از نظريات مطرح در زمينة تحليل گفتمان و متن‌شناسي است. اين نظريه كه شاخه‌اي از فلسفة زبان است به بررسي افعال و جملات در موقعيّت‌هاي مختلف مي‌پردازد. نظرية كنش كلامي براي اولين بار توسط آستين مطرح شد و پس از او، سرل كار ناتمام او را در پنج الگو به صورت ترغيبي، اظهاري، عاطفي، تعهّدي و اعلامي به پايان رساند. در الگوي كه سرل ارائه كرد اطلاعاتي كه توسط افعال و جمله‌هاي معادل آن‌ها تبادل مي‌شود مورد ارزيابي قرار مي‌گيرد. اين نظريه با بررسي و واكاوي افعال و جملات در متون ديني اعم از قرآن و نهج‌البلاغه و كشف لايه‌هاي زيرين و عميق كلام به توليد شاكلة نو مي‌پردازد. هم‌چنين نهج‌البلاغه به عنوان يكي از شاهكارترين متون ادب ديني داراي فصيح‌ترين و بليغ‌ترين جملات و كلمات است. اين كتاب ارزنده شامل خطبه‌ها و نامه‌ها و كلمات قصار امام علي (ع) در همة زمينه‌ها اعم از سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي دايرة المعارفي كامل و راهبردي در همة ادوار بوده است. بُعد سياسي نهج‌البلاغه يكي از ابعاد مهم آن است زيرا عدالت اجتماعي، مساوات و برابري و مديريت صحيح نظام اداري از دغدغه‌هاي اصلي حضرت علي (ع) بوده است.

Speech Act Theory is one of the significant ideas in the field of discourse and textual analysis. This theory, which is a branch of the philosophy of language, examines verbs and sentences in different situations. The Speech Act Theory was first introduced by Austin, and then, Searle completed his unfinished work in five persuasive, declarative, effective, commissive, and declarative speech acts. In the model presented by Searle, the information exchanged by verbs and their equivalent sentences is evaluated. This theory addresses investigating verbs and sentences in religious texts, including the Qur'an and Nahj al-Balagha, as well as discovering the underlying layers and the deepening of the word in the production of new chapters. Moreover, Nahj al-Balagha, as one of the most masterful texts of religious literature, has the most eloquent sentences and words. This invaluable book, including sermons, letters, and the words of Imam Ali (AS) in political, social, economic and cultural fields, has been a complete and strategic encyclopedia of all time. Political aspects of Nahj al-Balagha is one of its important dimensions because social justice, equality and equality and the proper management of the administrative system have been the main concerns of Imam Ali (AS).
