Prioritizing Educational-Skill Requirements of Kurdistan Police Command Officers

نيازسنجي آموزشي، فعاليتي حياتي و مهم براي آموزش و بهسازي عملكرد مديران و كاركنان است. به منظور كارايي و اثربخشي، همه برنامه هاي آموزشي بايد با نيازسنجي آموزشي آغاز شوند. لذا با هدف انجام نياز سنجي آموزشي درمجموعه فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان برآن شديم تا نيازهاي آموزشي كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان را درحيطه دانشي مورد سنجش قراردهيم. اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي- پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري ، كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان بوده است. حجم نمونه انتخابي 384 نفر لحاظ گرديد كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري مطبق نسبي انتخاب شده است. براساس يافته هاي تحقيق در بخش سوالات كه براي كليه يگانها طراحي و تدوين شده است نياز اصلي آموزشي بيشتر كاركنان درحيطه مهارتي و با توجه به ماموريتهاي ذاتي نيروي انتظامي ، شناسايي شده است كه اهم اولويت آموزشي آنان شامل نياز به آموزش درحيطه تيراندازي مهارتي در رتبه اول، نياز به آموزش درحيطه اصول و فنون تيراندازي و سلاح كشي در رتبه دوم و نياز به آموزش درحيطه اردوكشي نظامي در رتبه آخر قرار دارد.

Educational needs assessment is a vital activity for training and improving the performance of managers and staff. In order to be effective and effective, all educational programs should begin with a training needs assessment. Therefore, with the aim of performing the educational needs assessment in the Kurdistan Provincial Police Command, we aimed to assess the training needs of the police commanders of the province in the field of knowledge. This research is a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population is the Kurdistan Provincial Police Commander. The sample size was considered as 384 people selected by relative sampling method. Based on the findings of the research in the section of the questions designed and developed for all units, the main educational needs of the staff in the field of skill and according to the inherent missions of the police have been identified that their most important educational priorities include the need for training in the field of shooting skills in the first rank , The need for training on the principles and techniques of shooting and weapons is ranked second and the need for training in the field of military recruitment is in the final rank.
