چكيده فارسي :
آينده پژوهي را در يك جمله ميتوان علم و هنري دانست كه همچون ابزاري كارآمد در دست انسانهابراي ساخت آينده به كار ميرود. اين علم در شكل بخشيدن به دنياي مطلوب ما حائز اهميت است ورويكرد اكتشافي و هنجاري دارد. در آينده پژوهي ارزشها و هنجارهاي فردي و اجتماعي از جايگاه خاصي برخوردارند؛ بنابراين چشم اندازي كه آينده پژوهي براي جوامع ارائه ميدهد كاملا منطبق ومتناسب با ارزشهاي جوامع است. آينده پژوهي نه تنها داراي مباني بيديني نيست بلكه به درستي ميتوان گفت از بسياري از جنبه ها با نگاه ديني به آينده مطلوب بشر كه در اديان مختلف بالاخص اسلام و تشيع توصيه شده، قرابت كامل داشته و همسو است. اسلام نيز ضمن نوين تحقق جامعه آرماني مهدوي به پيروان خود توصيه كرده است تا با استعانت از امكانات و توانمندي هاي جامعه اسلامي بكوشند تا بستر تحقق جامعه مطلوب اسلامي فراهم سازند. ابزار مسلمانان نيز در اين سلوك كاملا مشخص و فراهم شده است و فراي ابزار محسوس ماديون به مفاهيم عقلي و قلبي توصيه اكيدشده اند. در مسير سعادت بشري قرآن، سنت، عقل و اجماع ابزاري بي همتا هستند كه بزرگان دين بااستعانت از آنها قادر به ترسيم چشم انداز مطلوب ما مسلمانان در پرتو فلسفه انتظار هستند. اين نوع ازآينده پژوهي ديني در حال حاضر در كشور سمت و سوي خوبي گرفته و تسري اين نگاه به حوزه هاي مختلف از جمله علوم و فناوري هايي همچون فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات كاملا مشهود است.بي شك عدم شناخت آينده و وقوع تحولات حيرت آور لزوم بكارگيري آينده پژوهي را در تمام حوزه هااز جمله حوزه علوم و فنون ارتباطي فزوني ميبخشد كه اثر پيش رو نيز در راستاي تحقق همين مهم به رشته نگارش درآمده است
چكيده لاتين :
Futures Studies in one sentence can be considered science and art as an efficient tool in the hands of humans to build the future. It is important in shaping our desirable world and has a normative and exploratory approach. In the futures studies, individual and social values and norms have a special place, so the perspective that futures studies offers to societies is fully in line with societal values. Not only does futures studies have no irreligious foundations, but it is right to say that it is in many ways consistent with the religious view of the desirable human future that has been recommended in various religions, particularly Islam and Shia. Islam, too, in the realization of the ideal Mahdavi community has advised its followers to use the potentials and capabilities of the Islamic community to provide the desired Islamic society. The tools of the Muslims are also fully defined and provided, and beyond the tangible tools of the mad, the rational and the cardinal are strongly recommended. In the path of human prosperity of the Qur'an, tradition, reason, and consensus are unique tools by which the elders of religion are able to paint our favorable outlook for Muslims in the light of the philosophy of expectation. This type of religious futurism is now well underway in the country, and it is quite evident that it extends to a variety of areas, including science and technology such as information and communication technology. Undoubtedly, the future uncertainty and the astonishing developments are the necessity of future research in all fields, including the field of communication sciences and techniques, which has the impact of this important field of writing
