تبيين عوامل « تاويل‌گريزي » در انديشه كلامي علامه مجلسي

Explaining the causes of avoiding interpretation in Allamah Majlesi's theological thought

«تاويل» يكي از اصلي‌ترين فرآيندهاي ذهن و تفكر انسان است. رهيافت تاويل، به معناي عبور ضابطه‌مند از ظواهر اخبار و كشف معاني باطني وراي الفاظ، يكي از شيوه‌هاي موثر در فهم آموزه‌هاي كلاميِ ماخوذ از متون قرآني و روايي است كه در بين انديشمندان مسلمان، موافقان و مخالفان زيادي دارد. در اين ميان رويكرد سلبي علامه مجلسي به فرايند تاويل از جهت روش‌شناسي كلامي، درخور تامّل و بازنگري بوده و كمتر مورد عنايت پژوهشگران و صاحب‌نظران واقع‌شده است. علامه مجلسي- به دلايلي كه تبيين شده- در مسئله تاويل آيات و روايات به شدّت اهل احتياط و اجتناب بوده است. در اين مقاله با روش توصيفي- تحليلي سعي شده است ضمن بيان چيستي تاويل و ضرورت آن، رويكرد علامه مجلسي به اين روش در فهم دين، با ارائه شواهدي گويا از آثار او تحليل شود. رواج اخباريگري و تاثير آن بر انديشه مجلسي، پيدايش فرقه متصوّفه و تاويل‌هاي بي‌ضابطۀ آنها از متون ديني، اعتقاد به عدم حجيّت و استقلال عقل در درك مقاصد شريعت و زمينه‌هاي اعتقادي-سياسي از مهم‌ترين عوامل و زمينه‌هاي پرهيز علامه مجلسي از تاويل شناخته‌شده است.

Thought. The solution of T'avil which means regulated ignoring the superficial meaning of the traditions and discovering the real meanings of the words, is one of the effective methods for understanding the theological teachings brought from the Qur'an and Hadithes and has many opponents and proponents among the Islamic thinkers. Meanwhile, the negation approach of Allamah Majlesi to the process of interpretation of Hadithes which is less discussed by researchers and scholars, deserves more thought and review. Allamah Majlesi was extremely careful and avoiding as to the issue of interpreting (T'avil) of the Qur'anic verses and Hadithes. The present paper by a descriptive-analytical method has tried in addition to explaining the nature and necessity of T'avil, to analyze Allamah Majlesi's approach to this method of understanding the religion by showing clear proofs from his works. Prevalence of "Akhbari" thought (extreme reliance and trust on Hadithes) and its effect on Allamah Majlesi's thought; emergence of the "Sufi" sect and their unregulated interpretations of the religious texts; believing in negation of reliability and independence of intellect in understanding the aims of Shari'ah and the theological-political contexts (optimism about the rulers and the leaders of the society) are the main factors that have caused him to avoid T'avil.
