چكيده فارسي :
در فرآيند انقلاب، نقش رهبري اعم از رهبر ايدئولوگ، بسيج‌گر، بنيانگذاري به‌صورت گسترده ظاهر مي‌شود و در اين ميان نقش بنيانگذاري بسيار برجسته است. چرا كه بعد از پيروزي انقلاب، ساختن جامعه آرماني مدنظر از اهميت خاص برخوردار است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله مطالعه رهبري امام خميني(ره) خصوصاً در نقش بنيانگذاري است. براي نگارش مقاله از روش تحليل اسنادي و ابزار فيش‌برداري استفاده شده است. نويسندگان با روش تحليل اسنادي و بررسي متون كتب، مقالات و پايان‌نامه ضمن معرفي نقش امام به‌عنوان رهبر بنيانگذار، به ارائه چگونگي مديريت ايشان بعد از پيروزي پرداخته‌اند. در اين مقاله از نظريه هافر استفاده شده كه براي رهبري در انقلاب، نقش بنيادين در نظر مي‌گيرد و رهبران را به سخنور، فرمانده و مردان عمل تقسيم مي‌كند. بنابراين امام(ره) ابتداً با تشخيص موقعيت مناسب و بيداري مردم، پرچم رهبري انقلاب را بر دوش گرفتند و با برخورداري از جايگاه ديني و اقتدار سياسي توانستند به نحو بارز در نقش بنيانگذاري و مديريت ظاهر شده و ايفاي نقش كنند و جامع‌ترين نظام، يعني جمهوري اسلامي را در عرصه جهاني تشكيل دهند. و توانستند با استفاده از منظومه ديني خود به تركيب اسلام سياسي در كاربست نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران بپردازند و نظامي نوين و كار آمد در عرصه جهاني معرفي نمايند.

In the process of revolution, the role of leadership, such as ideologue leader, basijer, founder, appears extensively, and in the meantime, the founding role is very prominent. Because after the victory of the revolution, building an ideal society is of particular importance. The main purpose of this paper is to study the leadership of Imam Khomeini, especially as the founder. For writing the paper, documentary analysis and scrimming tools have been used.
