مقايسه اثربخشي درمان نوروفيدبك و دارو درماني در درمان اختلال كمبود توجه و بيش فعالي در كودكان شهر اصفهان

Comparison of the Effectiveness of Neurofeedback and Drug therapy in the Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Isfahan Children

مقدمه: اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي اثربخشي درمان نوروفيدبك و دارو درماني در درمان اختلال كمبود توجه و بيش ­فعالي در كودكان مبتلا به ADHD و مقايسه ميزان اثربخشي اين دو روش درمان انجام گرفت.روش: با توجه به هدف پژوهش 45 نفر از كودكان مبتلا به اختلال كمبود توجه و بيش فعالي به شيوه نمونه­ گيري در دسترس انتخاب شد و در سه گروه (آزمايش و گواه) قرار گرفتند. دارو درماني و درمان نوروفيدبك، طي جلسات هفتگي در شهر اصفهان انجام شد.در اين پژوهش جهت جمع ­آوري داده­ ها از پرسشنامه كانرز والدين در دو مرحله پيش ­آزمون و پس­آزمون استفاده شد. يافته­ ها: نتايج تجزيه و تحليل فرضيات اصلي پژوهشي مشخص كرد كه اثربخشي دارو ­درماني و درمان نوروفيدبك بر مشكلات نقص توجه و مشكلات تكانشگري كودكان از لحاظ آماري معني­دار است. همچنين نتايج تجزيه و تحليل نشان داد كه دارو ­درماني در كاهش مشكلات تكانشكري موثرتر از نوروفيدبك بوده است درحالي كه درمان نوروفيدبك در درمان مشكلات نقص توجه موثرتر از دارو درماني عمل كرده است (001>P). نتيجه­ گيري: بر اساس يافته ­هاي اين مطالعه نوروفيدبك يك روش درماني مناسب براي كاهش ميزان اختلال كم­توجهي و بيش ­فعالي در كودكان است.

Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of neurofeedback and drug therapy in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children with ADHD and to compare the effectiveness of these two treatments. Methods: According to The purpose of the research, 45 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were selected through available sampling method and were divided into three groups (Experimental and control). Drug therapy and neurofeedback treatment was conducted during weekly meetings in Isfahan. In this study, parents' Converz questionnaire was used for data collection in two stages: pre-test and post-test. Findings: The results of the analysis revealed that the efficacy of drug therapy and neurofeedback treatment on attention deficit problems and impulsivity problems of children was significant. Also, the results of the analysis showed that drug therapy was more effective than neurofeedback in reducing stunting problems, while neurofeedback treatment has been more effective than medication in treatment of attention deficit problems. Conclusion: According to the results on this research, neurofeedback is a suitable treatment method for reduction symptoms of attention deficit and hyperactivity in children.
