گردشگري بزرگترين و متنوع­ترين صنعت در دنيا به حساب مي­آيد. بسياري از كشورها اين صنعت را به عنوان منبع اصلي درآمد، اشتغال، رشد بخش خصوصي و توسعه زيربنايي مي­دانند؛ كشور ايران به دليل برخورداري از شرايط اقليمي و قومي، تاريخ تمدن كهن و اثار باستاني و داشتن در جاذبه­هاي اكوتوريسم داراي جايگاه ويژه­اي است كه در صورت پرداختن به حل مشكلات آن و ارائه خدمات مناسب، مي تواند به نقطه مناسبي برسد. شهر رامسر به دليل داشتن شرايط خاص جغرافيايي، پتانسيل زيادي در زمينه جذب گردشگران داخلي و خارجي دارد. گسترش جريانهاي گردشگري در اين منطقه، با برنامه ريزي نامناسب و ضعف زيرساختها و مديريت گردشگري اثرات منفي زيادي از لحاظ زيست محيطي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي در پي داشته است. اين تحقيق، در پي شناخت نقش عوامل مديريتي در توسعۀ پايدار گردشگري شهر رامسر مي باشد. روش تحقيق در پژوهش از نوع كاربردي- توصيفي مي­باشد و با استفاده از روش اسنادي و كتابخانه­اي به جمع­آوري اطلاعات پرداخته شده است جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل مديران عالي سازمان هاي وابسته به شهرداري و كليه شهروندان شهرستان رامسر مي­باشد و با توجه به گستردگي جامعه آماري و ميسر نبودن امكان اجراي تحقيق بر روي كل جامعه، از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي چند مرحله اي استفاده شده است و اطلاعات يدست آمده با استفاده از روش دلفي و تكنيك تاپسيس تحليل نموده و در نتيجه به رتبه بندي معيارها پرداخته شده كه نفش مديريت شهري در برقراري تعامل استفاده از جادبه هاي طبيعي و انسان ساخت با كسب امتياز 654286/0 توانسته است در صدر معيارهاي مورد بررسي قرار بگيرد.

Due to geographical conditions, the city of Ramsar has a great potential in attracting domestic and foreign tourists. The expansion of tourism flows in this region has led to adverse environmental, economic and social impacts due to inappropriate planning and the weakness of infrastructure and tourism management. This research seeks to understand the role of management factors in the sustainable development of tourism in Ramsar. The research method is descriptive-applied research and has been used to collect information through documentary and library methods. The statistical population of this research includes high school administrators of municipal organizations and all citizens of Ramsar Due to the wide extent of the statistical society and the impossibility of conducting research on the whole society, a multistage cluster sampling method has been used. an‎d the data was analyzed using the Delphi method and the Topsis Technique As a result, the ranking of the criteria has been addressed The impact of urban management on interacting with the use of natural and man-made jokes has been able to rank at the top of the criteria by gaining a score of 0.654286.
