سازمان فضايي زيست­گاه­هاي شهري، نتيجه مستقيم فرآيندهاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي مي باشد. اين سازمان يابي از محل استقرار اجزاء داخلي يك پراكندگي فضايي تاثير مي پذيرد. محل استقرار هر جزئي نسبت به هر يك از اجزاء ديگر با هم و توأم سازمان يابي فضايي را شكل مي دهند. كاركردهاي اصلي انسان بويژه كاركردهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، تجاري و خدماتي و بواسطه انجام آنهاست كه چشم انداز محيط شكل، فرم و نظام مختص به خود را مي گيرد. به دنبال رواج انديشه هاي زيست بوم گرايي و توسعه پايدار در جهان به تدريج اين نگرش در اذهان عمومي و برنامه ريزي رسوخ كرد كه زمين يك كالاي خصوصي نيست. بلكه مهم ترين ثروت همگاني و بستر اصلي تمام فعاليت هاي شهروندان و ابزار لازم براي تحقيق خواسته ها و آرزوهاي انساني در حال و آينده است در اين راستا هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحليل و ارزيابي كاربري اراضي شهري منطقه براساس تقسيمات كالبدي شهر و تعيين ميزان سازگاري كاربريها است و روش تحقيق از نوع كاربردي توصيفي- تحليلي مي باشد. و با استفاده از روش اسنادي و كتابخانه­اي به جمع آوري اطلاعات پرداخته شده و در نهايت با استفاده از تكنيك مدل هاي چند معياره اطلاعات را تجزيه و تحليل نموده كه معيار سهم نسبي زياد فعاليت هاي ساخت و ساز ناشي از تخريب و نوسازي در كل ساخت و ساز منطقه و پيامدهاي ناشي از آن با كسب امتياز (0.4270) توانسته رتبه اول را به خود اختصاص دهد.
