Soft Technologies Model in Islamic-Iranian Progress Model

يكي از مهمترين موضوعاتي كه متأسفانه در ايران كمتر مورد توجه واقع شده است؛ تجاري سازي علوم انساني و يا به اصطلاح، "فناوريهاي نرم" است. با ارائه ايده الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت، توسط مقام معظم رهبري، مسئله علوم انساني و فناوريهاي نرم مورد تأكيد خبرگان فرهنگي، نظامي، سياسي و اجتماعي قرار گرفته است. به همين منظور محقق، به دنيال بررسي جايگاه فناوريهاي نرم(تجاري سازي علوم انساني) در الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت ميباشد. پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه كيفي بوده كه با رويكرد تفسيري، مسأله تحقيق مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كيفي؛ تعداد 12 نفر از اساتيد علوم انساني دانشگاهها و مراكز آموزش عالي شمال كشور بودند، كه با مصاحبههاي انفرادي عميق و اكتشافي با مصاحبه شوندگان، جايگاه فناوريهاي نرم در الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت، مورد بحث قرار گرفت؛ كه بعد با استفاده از الگوي اسميت و روش تحليل تم، تمهاي اصلي مشخص و تمهاي فرعي در يكديگر ادغام گرديدند و در نهايت فناوريهاي نرم مورد تأكيد در الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفتكه بايد مسئولين علوم انساني پياده سازي نمايند، شناسايي شدند؛ اين فناوريها شامل: فناوري نرم توليد فكر، فناوري نرم اجتماعي، فناوري نرم فرهنگي و سبك زندگي و فناوري نرم نظامي بودند؛ كه پس از مشخص شدن اين فناوريها، مؤلفههاي هر فناوري از نتايج مصاحبه با خبرگان استخراج گرديد كه در انتهاي پژوهش به عنوان يك مدل پارادايمي ارائه شده است.

One of the important issues that has regretfully received little attention in Iran is the commercialization of humanities or “soft technologies”. Upon presentation of Islamic-Iranian pattern of progress by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, humanities and soft technologies received double attention by the cultural, military, political and social experts and activists. This paper intends to review the status of soft technologies (commercialization of humanities) in the Islamic-Iranian pattern of progress. This study is qualitative in nature and has been developed with an interpretive approach to find an appropriate answer to the principal question of the research. The statistical population of this work comprised 12 lecturers in humanities at the northern Iran universities and higher education centers who took part in in-depth and exploratory interviews to discuss the status of soft technologies in Islamic-Iranian pattern of progress. Then we used Smith’s model of design research and thematic analysis to determine the major themes and intermix the secondary themes. In the end, the major soft technologies stressed by Islamic-Iranian pattern of progress that are to be implemented by the humanities officials, were identified. The resulting soft technologies were the following: soft technologies for production of ideas and concepts, social soft technologies, cultural soft technologies, and lifestyle and military soft technologies. Upon introducing these soft technologies, components of each entry were extracted from the interviews and presented at the final chapter of the research as a paradigm model.
