نظرات دانشجويان در مورد عملكرد مربيان باليني در دانشكده پرستاري و مامائي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد

The viewpoints of students about the performance of clinical instructors in nursing and midwifery school at Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences

نقش مربيان باليني در كيفيت آموزش باليني پر رنگ بوده و مي توانند با ايجاد يك محيط آموزشي مناسب در كسب توانمندي هاي حرفه اي موثر باشند. آگاهي از نظرهاي دانشجويان به عنوان عنصر اصلي آموزش مي تواند در بهبود جريان آموزش موثر باشد. در اين راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين نظرات دانشجويان در مورد عملكرد مربيان در محيط باليني در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد انجام شد. در اين بررسي توصيفي مقطعي 386 نفر از دانشجويان پرستاري، مامائي و اتاق عمل به روش سرشماري شركت داشتند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه اي خود ساخته روا و پايا مشتمل بر مشخصه هاي فردي و 19 آيتم سنجش نظرهاي دانشجويان بود. توصيف داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آمار توصيفي انجام شد. در تمام 19 گويه، دانشجويان عملكرد مربيان را مثبت توصيف كردند. در مورد آيتم هاي مطالب و آموزش ارائه شده را در پايان جمع بندي مي كند وفراگيران را در فعاليت هاي علمي جانبي مثل كنفرانس شركت مي دهد اگرچه نظرات دانشجويان در بيشتر موارد مثبت بود، اما حدود 30% آنها ابراز داشتند كه گاهي اين اتفاق مي افتد. اكثر دانشجويان عملكرد مربيان را در محيط هاي باليني مثبت توصيف كردند. تعداد كمي از دانشجويان اعتقاد داشتندكه مربيان مطالب ارائه شده را در پايان كار جمع بندي نمي كنند و فراگيران را در فعاليت هاي علمي شركت نمي دهند. جمع بندي نكات باليني تدريس شده و مشاركت دادن فراگيران در كنفرانس ها پيشنهاد مي گردد

The role of clinical instructors in the quality of clinical education is important and can be effective in obtaining the professional capabilities by creating an appropriate learning environment. Knowing the opinions of students as the main element of education can be effective in improving the education. In this regard, the present study was carried out to determine the students' opinion about the performance of educators in the clinical setting at Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences. In this cross sectional study, 386 students of nursing, midwifery and operating room attended by census method. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire which included demographic characteristics and 19 items measuring students' views. Data description was performed using SPSS and descriptive Statistics. In all 19 items, the students described positive attitude of the performance of educators. In a bout of items Summarizes content in the end and Involving the students in scientific activities, although the most of students had positive viewpoints, about 30% of them mentioned that sometimes this happens. Most of students described the positive performance for instructors in clinical environments. A few of the students believed that the clinical instructors do not summarize the content at the end and do not involve the students in scientific activities. Hence, summarizing clinical content and involving the students in scientific activities were suggested.
