چكيده فارسي :
توان بخشي، يكي از مهم ترين اركان مرتبط با سلامت جامعه به شمار مي رود. اولين اقدام در تهيه يك چارچوب مطمئن براي اخلاق حرفه اي، در نظر گرفتن و شناسايي نيازها و حقوق افراد توانخواه بر اساس شواهد و مستندات علمي و استفاده از تجربيات كشورهاي پيشرو مي باشد. بنابراين، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي شواهد موجود در زمينه اخلاق حرفه اي در توان بخشي از طريق انجام يك تحقيق مروري روايي بود تا بتوان بر اساس آن، مباني اخلاق حرفه اي در اين خدمات را پيشنهاد نمود.
مواد و روش ها
اين مطالعه از نوع مروري روايي مبتني بر شواهد بود. كليه مقالات فارسي و انگليسي كه طي 10 سال گذشته منتشر شده و مسايل اخلاقي در ارتباط با ارايه خدمات توان بخشي را در حرفه هاي فيزيوتراپي، كاردرماني و ارتوپدي فني مد نظر قرار داده بود، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. داده ها با جستجو در پايگا هاي اطلاعاتي Scopus، PubMed و Web of Science و با استفاده از كليد واژه هاي Autonomy، Justice، Professionalism، Patient right، Human right، Bioethics، Ethics، Rehabilitation و Responsibility و مشتقات آن ها جمع آوري گرديد.
يافته ها
در جستجوي اوليه، 1260 مقاله يافت شد كه توسط دو نويسنده به صورت مستقل مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در نهايت، 98 مقاله براي بررسي محتوا انتخاب گرديد كه از اين تعداد، 67 مقاله داراي متن كامل بود. با بررسي كامل متن مقالات، اين تعداد به 24 مقاله كاهش پيدا كرد. جهت دسته بندي، از اصول چهارگانه اخلاق زيستي در مكتب اصولگرايان استفاده شد.
نتيجه گيري
مجموعه مسووليت هاي حرفه اي براي افراد عهده دار خدمات توان بخشي كه طي مطالعه حاضر جمع آوري گرديد، شامل 4 دسته بندي كلي «خودمختاري، سودرساني، عدم ضرررساني و عدالت» بود. 10 عنوان مطرح شده در چارتر پزشكان نيز ارايه شد.

Introduction: Rehabilitation is one of the most important components of health, and includes a set of services to empower people with disability. The first step in providing a secure framework for professional ethics, is identifying the needs and rights of persons with disabilities based on the evidence and scientific documentation, and also the use of experiences from developed countries. Therefore, the aim of this study was to examine the available evidence of professional ethics through a narrative systematic review study designed to provide the basis for professional ethics in Iranian rehabilitation services. Materials and Methods: This was a narrative systematic evidence-based review study. All Persian and English articles published in the past 10 years with the main focus of ethical issues related to the provision of rehabilitation services in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and orthotics and prosthetics were considered. A structured search of the peer-reviewed literature catalogued in major electronic databases (Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science) was conducted using the following words and their derivatives (Rehabilitation, Human right, Patient right, Professionalism, Justice, Autonomy, Responsibility, Ethics, Bioethics). Results: The initial search by two reviewers yielded 1260 papers. Following review of title and abstract, 98 articles were considered relevant. 67 articles had full text. Full text review reduced this number to 24. To categorize the articles, four principles of biomedical ethics in principlism method. Conclusion: A set of professional responsibilities for the rehabilitation services were categorized in four principles of respect for autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice, and also 10 titles outlined in the charter of physicians.
