تحليل فعاليت هاي مفسدانه در ورزش ايران با استفاده از مدلTASP

Analysis of Iran's Sports Corruption Activities Using the TASP Model

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحليل فساد ورزشي در بازه زماني 1386 تا 1396 در ايران است. در اين پژوهش از روش اسنادي با رويكرد تحليل محتوا استفاده شده است. واحد تحليل، گزارش هاي رسانه هاي رسمي داخلي بود كه با كليدواژه موضوع فساد ورزشي، مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. بر اساس مدل تسپ واكاوي فعاليت هاي مفسدانه در چهار سطح بررسي شد. سطح نخست انواع فساد را شامل مي شود، كه در مجموع 12 مورد شناسايي و از بين آن ها، دوپينگ با 34 درصد بيشترين ميزان را نشان داد. در سطح دوم فعاليت قرار دارد كه افراد درگير در فساد را بيان مي كند. نتايج در سطح سوم يا بخش، نشان داد كه 24 ورزش مختلف به صورت مستقيم درگير فساد شده اند كه از اين بين ورزش فوتبال با 933 مورد در گزارش هاي رسانه ها بيشترين وقوع فعاليت هاي مفسدانه را داشته است. و در سطح چهارم هم ليگ برتر، پايه ها، ليگ دسته يك، جوانان، و ليگ هاي دو و سه به ترتيب بيشترين ميزان از درگيري با فساد را داشتند. بررسي ده ساله رسانه هاي كشور نشان داد كه فساد در سال هاي اخير با تنوع كم سابقه اي به سرعت در حال افزايش است. مبارزه واقعي با اين پديده، از رهگذر انعكاس اخبار و اطلاعات به شيوه حرفه اي و غير مغرضانه محقق مي شود. رسانه ها با خبررساني و افشاگري، از چنان ظرفيتي برخوردارند كه مي توانند فضا را براي متخلفان ناامن كرده و بساط بسياري از بسترهاي ناپاك را در ورزش كشور از بين ببرند.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sport corruption in Iran during the period 2007-2017. In this study, documentary method has been used with content-analysis approach. The analysis unit was the official national media reports that were searched for by the key word «sport corruption Based on the TASP model, corrupt activities were investigated in four levels. The first level includes a variety of corruptions, of which 12 were identified, and doping with 34% was the highest among them. The second level, is the activity level, that shows the people involved in corruption. The results at the third or sector level showed that 24 different sports were directly affected by corruption, of which soccer with 933 media reports had the most frequently reported corrupt activities in media. an‎d at the fourth level, the Premier League, the Grassroots, the first league, the youth, and the second and third leagues, had the highest rates of conflict with corruption, respectively. A ten-year review of the country's media has shown that corruption has been rising rapidly in recent years in an unprecedented way. The real battle with this phenomenon is realized through the reflection of news and information in a professional and dispassionately manner. The media, with reporting and disclosure, have such a capacity that they can make the atmosphere insecure for offenders and destroy many of the impure fields in the country's sport.
