چكيده فارسي :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحي مدل ارتباطي سرمايه اجتماعي و بهره وري وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. جامعه ي آماري پژوهش، تمامي850 نفر مديران عالي، مياني و پايه وكارشناسان مسئول، كارشناسان و كمك كارشناسان شاغل در وزارت ورزش و جوانان (بخش ستادي) بودند كه بر اساس جدول مورگان 265 نفربه طور تصادفي-طبقه اي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه هاي سرمايه اجتماعي و بهره وري استفاده شد. روايي هر دو پرسشنامه به تاييد 15 نفر از متخصصين رسيد و پايايي آنها در يك آزمون مقدماني با 30 آزمودني با آلفاي كرونباخ 0/82 (پرسشنامه سرمايه اجتماعي) و 0/87 (پرسشنامه بهره وري) محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات جمع آوري شده از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله كلموگروف- اسميرنوف، تي تك نمونه اي، تحليل عاملي تاييدي، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل مسير و براي تعيين ارتباط علي بين متغيرها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي spss وAMOS استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه سرمايه اجتماعي بر بهره وري مديران وزارت ورزش و جوانان اثر ميگذارد. همچنين، در ارتباط بين سرمايه اجتماعي با بهره وري، به ترتيب بعد كمك، ارزيابي، وضوح، انگيزه، اعتبار، محيط و توانايي بيشترين تاثير را دارند.

purpose of this study was to design a social capital
communication model and productivity of the
Ministry of Sports and Youth.. The statistical
population of the study included all 850 high-level,
middle and senior managers, responsible experts,
experts and experts working in the Ministry of
Sports and Youth (Staff Division). According to the
Morgan table, 265 people were randomly selected
as sample. Social capital and productivity
questionnaires were used to achieve the research
objectives. Validity of both questionnaires was
confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability was
calculated in a pilot test with 30 subjects with
Cronbach's alpha of 0.82 (social capital
questionnaire) and 0.87 (productivity
questionnaire). In order to analyze the collected
data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods
such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, T single-sample,
confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation
coefficient, path analysis and to determine the
causal relationship between variables using
structural equation modeling method SPSS and
AMOS software were used. The results of this study
showed that social capital affects the productivity of
managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Also,
in the relationship between social capital and
productivity, the dimension of assistance,
evaluation, clarity, motivation, credibility,
environment, and ability are the most effective.
