بررسي رابطه بين انگيزه هاي تحصيلي و اميد به آينده با امادگي براي خود راهبري در يادگيري در بين دانشجويان دندان پزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان و علوم پزشكي اصفهان

The relationship between academic motivation and hope for the future with self-directed learning readiness among dental students of Isfahan Azad University and Isfahan Medical Sciences

انگيزه هاي تحصيلي در يادگيري خود راهبر نقش به سزايي دارد و چيزي است كه به يادگيرنده انرژي مي دهد و فعاليت هاي او را هدايت مي كند. بنابراين هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه بين انگيزه هاي تحصيلي و اميد به آينده با آمادگي براي خودراهبري در يادگيري در بين دانشجويان دندان پزشكي علوم پزشكي اصفهان و دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان بود. روش بررسي روش انجام اين پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه دانشجويان دندانپزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي و دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان (واحد خوراسگان) بودند كه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان حجم نمونه آماري 265 نفر تعيين شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هاي جمعيت شناختي، گرايش به اميدواري بزرگسالي، انگيزش تحصيلي و آمادگي براي خودراهبري در يادگيري از بود و توسط شركت كنندگان تكميل گرديد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss نسخه 16 و آزمون هاي همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه به روش گام به گام استفاده شد. يافته ها يافته هاي اين مطالعه نشان داد بين انگيزه هاي تحصيلي و اميد به آينده (001/0>p)، انگيزه هاي تحصيلي و آمادگي براي خودراهبري در يادگيري (001/0>p) و بين اميد به آينده و آمادگي براي خودراهبري در يادگيري (001/0>p) رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتيجه گيري نتايج حاكي از رابطه مثبت و معنادار بين انگيزه هاي تحصيلي با اميد به آينده و آمادگي براي خودراهبري در يادگيري بود. با استفاده از نتايج اين پژوهش، برنامه ريزان آموزش دندانپزشكي و اساتيد مي توانند موجبات ارتقاي كيفي آموزش دندانپزشكي را به عنوان گامي در راستاي توسعه آموزشي فراهم آورند.

Academic motivation plays a significant role in self-directed learning due to giving energy to learners and directing their activities. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between academic motivation and hope for the future with readiness for self-directed learning in dental students in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University, Isfahan, Iran. Materials and Methods This descriptive, correlational study was performed on dental students in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University, Isfahan (Khorasgan) branch. In total, 265 students were selected using Krejcie and Morgan Table. Data collection tools included demographic characteristics questionnaire, adults dispositional hope scale, and academic motivation and self-directed learning readiness scale, which were completed by the participants during the study. In addition, data analysis was performed in SPSS version 16 using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests in a step-by-step form. Results In this study, there was a positive, significant relationship between academic motivation and hope for the future (P<0.001), academic motivation and readiness for self-directed learning (P<0.001) and between hope for the future and readiness for self-directed learning (P<0.001). Conclusion According to the results of the study, a positive, significant relationship was identified between academic motivation with hope for the future and readiness for self-directed learning. Our results can be used by dental education planners and professors to improve the quality of dental education as a step toward educational development.
