كنژونكتيويت غير معمول متعاقب جراحي فيشر آنال: گزارش سه مورد

Uncommon Conjunctivitis Following Anal Fissure Surgery: A Report of Three Cases

زمينه و هدف: كنژونكتيويت در اثر عوامل متعدد عفوني و غيرعفوني ايجاد مي­گردد. تاكنون شواهدي از ايجاد كنژونكتيويت پس از جراحي فيشر آنال گزارش نشده و چنين مواردي نيز معمول نمي ­باشد. هدف اين مطالعه گزارش سه مورد كنژونكتيويت غيرمعمول بعد از عمل جراحي فيشر آنال مي ­باشد. گزارش موارد: بيماران مورد مطالعه را سه خانم ميان سال تشكيل مي­دادند كه متعاقب عمل جراحي فيشر آنال مبتلا به كنژونكتيويت شده­ بودند. در بررسي متون پژوهشي گزارشي مبني بر بروز كونژونكتيويت متعاقب عمل جراحي فيشر آنال بدست نيامد. نتيجه­ گيري: اگرچه بررسي بيش­تر متون نشان داد كه عمل ضد عفوني ماسك بيهوشي با محلول دكونكس غليظ و عدم شستشوي آن و ايجاد توكسيسيته بخاطر غلظت بالا، محتمل­ ترين علت حادثه بوده است، ولي علت اصلي بروز اين وضعيت غير معمول همچنان با ابهاماتي همراه است.

Background & Aim: Conjunctivitis is caused by a large group of infectious and non-infectious factors. However, no evidence of conjunctivitis following anal fissure surgery has been reported and such cases are not common. The present study is to report three cases of uncommon conjunctivitis following anal fissure surgery. Cases: Patients presented in this study included three middle-aged women who suffered from conjunctivitis following anal fissure surgery. Searching medical databases, we did not find traces of such conditions due to anal fissure surgery; therefore, these cases can be considered as the first reports of the condition. Conclusion: although further investigation revealed that disinfection of anesthetic mask using highly concentrated deconex accompanied with lack of appropriate wash before usage and thus a toxicity caused by high concentrations of dconex could have been the most probable cause of the incident, however, it is still unclear why this abnormal condition occurred.
