رابطه ي ويژگي هاي شخصيت، نگرش مذهبي و رضايت جنسي با گرايش به طلاق در زنان پيراپزشك شهر كرمان در سال 95-1394

Relationship of Personality Traits, Religious Attitude and Sexual Satisfaction with Tendency Towards Divorcee in Paramedic Females

سابقه و هدف: به دليل افزايش روزافزون طلاق و پيامدهاي مخربي كه اين پديده مي‌تواند براي افراد و جوامع داشته باشد، اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي پيش‌بيني گرايش به طلاق بر اساس ويژگي‌هاي شخصيت، نگرش مذهبي و رضايت جنسي در زنان پيراپزشك شهر كرمان انجام شده است. روش كار: پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش شامل كليه‌ي زنان پيراپزشك متأهل شهر كرمان در سال 95-1394 بود كه از بين آنان 200 نفر با روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات شامل پرسش‌نامه‌ي گرايش به طلاق، پرسش‌نامه‌ي شخصيتي پنج عاملي، مقياس نگرش‌سنج مذهبي و مقياس رضايت جنسي زنان بود. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي پژوهش از آمار توصيفي (فراواني، ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطي (ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون هم‌زمان و گام به گام) استفاده شد. در اين پژوهش همه‌ي موارد اخلاقي رعايت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله هيچ‌گونه تضاد منافعي گزارش نكرده‌اند. يافته‌ها: نتايج آزمون همبستگي نشان داد كه نگرش مذهبي و رضايت جنسي رابطه‌ي منفي و معناداري با گرايش به طلاق داشتند. علاوه‌براين، از بين ابعاد شخصيت نئو، بُعد روان‌آزرده‌گرايي رابطه‌ي مثبت و معنادار با گرايش به طلاق (r<0.34, P<0.01)؛ و برون‌گرايي (r=-0.25, P<0.01)، موافق بودن (P<0.01 and r=-0.39) و با وجدان بودن (P<0.01 and r=-0.41) رابطه‌ي منفي و معنادار با گرايش به طلاق نشان دادند و بين گشودگي (P<0.05 and R=0.10) و گرايش به طلاق رابطه‌يي يافت نشد. مهم‌ترين متغيّر پيش­بين براي گرايش به طلاق نيز رضايت جنسي (F=362.78, P<0.001) بود. نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به نتايج اين پژوهش، متوليان و مسئولان بيمارستان­ ها براي بهبود شرايط كاركنان خود مي‌توانند در جهت برگزاري كارگاه‌هاي آموزش روابط جنسي صحيح در جهت بهبود رضايت زناشويي و همچنين آگاهي‌رساني در زمينه‌ي اهميت اين موضوع اقدام نمايند.

Background and Objective Because of the growing number of divorces and the destructive effects it may have on the citizens, this study predicted female paramedics’ tendency towards divorce focusing on the role of personal Traits, religious Attitude and sexual satisfaction in Kerman. Methods This is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the study consisted of all married female paramedics in Kerman in 2014-2015, out of which 200 were selected by available sampling method. The instruments used for collecting data included the questionnaire of tendency towards divorce, NEO personality inventory, scale for religious attitude (RAS) and sexual satisfaction scale for woman (SSSW). Descriptive (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise and stepwise regression) were used to analyze the data. In this study, all the ethical considerations have been observed and no conflict of interest was reported by the authors. Results The results of the correlation test showed that religious attitude and sexual satisfaction had a negative and significant relationship with the tendency to divorce. In addition, among the neo-personality dimensions, neuroticism had a positive and significant relationship with the tendency to divorce (r<0.34, P<0.01), and extraversion (r=-0.25, P<0.01) and agreeableness (P<0.01 and r=-0.39) and conscientiousness (P<0.01 and r=-0.41) showed a negative and significant relationship with tendency to divorce. No relationship was found betweenbetween openness (P<0.05 and R=0.10 tendency toward divorce. The most important predictor of divorce was sexual satisfaction (F=362.78, P<0.001). Conclusion According to the results of this study, caretakers and hospital officials can help to improve the conditions of their employees by holding proper sexual relations training workshops to improve marital satisfaction, as well as increase awareness of the importance of this issue.
