Critical Analysis of Teacher Assessment System by the Students (Systematic Review)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر نگاهي نقادانه به سيستم ارزشيابي استاد توسط دانشجويان در دانشگاه ها با بررسي انتقادات به آن در پژوهش هاي داخلي است. نظام آموزش عالي ايران در دهه هاي اخير با چالش هاي جدي مربوط به كيفيت آموزش مواجه شده است كه ارزشيابي از استاد نيز در صورتي كه به شكل صحيح انجام پذيرد هم باعث بهبود كيفيت آموزش دانشگاه ها و هم بازخورد مناسب را براي تجزيه و تحليل مسائل آموزشي، تصميم گيري ها و برنامه ريزي هاي راهبردي در اختيار مسوولان قرار مي دهد. لذا اين مطالعه به روش مروري نظامند تدوين شده است كه در آن كتب و مقالات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي: Magiran، SID، Google، Scholar، Ensani، sciencedirect با كليدواژه هاي؛ ارزشيابي، استاد، دانشجو، كيفيت آموزش Evaluation, professor, student, education qualityدر بازه زماني (1370-1396؛ 1993-2018) با تاكيد بر منابع فارسي جستجو و گردآوري شدند. نتايج حاصل از مطالعات پژوهش ها بيانگر اين امر است كه سيستم فعلي ارزشيابي اساتيد توسط دانشجو اگر چه ايرادات فراواني دارد اما در حال حاضر در بسياري از كشورها در حال اجراست لذا بايد اصلاحاتي در آن اعمال شود يا ارزشيابي از استاد به وسيله تركيبي از منابع اطلاعاتي صورت پذيرد و در پايان بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده پيشنهادات سياستي براي بهبود فرايند ارزشيابي ذكر شده است

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to critically evaluate the teacher's assessment system by university students by examining the criticisms of it in internal research. Iran's higher education system has faced serious challenges to the quality of education in recent decades. The assessment of the professor, if properly done, improves the quality of university education and appropriate feedback for analyzing educational issues, provides decision making and strategic planning to the authorities. Therefore, this study was compiled by a systematic overview in the books and articles related to the subject of research in databases: Magiran, SID, Google Scholar, Ensani, sciencedirect with keywords; evaluation; professor; student; quality of teaching assessment; professor, student, education quality during the time period (1370-1396; 1993- 2018) with an emphasis on Persian sources. Therefore, the outcomes of research indicated that the current system of evaluation of professors by students, although it has many problems, was currently being implemented in many countries, therefore, modifications should be made or the assessment of the professor by a combination of information sources. Finally, based on the results, policy suggestions for improving the evaluation process are mentioned.
