Presenting Knowledge-based Innovation Model; Philosophy, Vision and Goals

همواره فلسفه، چشم انداز، رويكردها و اهداف مدل هاي نوآورانه پژوهشگران مورد بحث و بررسي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق نامحدود و نمونه آماري پژوهش حاضر 768 نفر مي باشد. پرسشنامه ي بينام به عنوان ابزار جمعآوري اطلاعات جهت سنجش و ارزيابي سوالات پژوهش است. تمامي مراحل و فرايندهاي اصيل؛ در پيشبرد برنامه ريزي هاي توسعه اي و راهبردي، ساختارسازي دانش و نوآوري و مسيرسازي هاي كمي و كيفي به منظور دستيابي و تحقق هر يك از امور نيازمند بهبود عملكرد تحول آفرين است. از آن جا كه دانشگاه ها با برنامه ريزي هاي علمي و منسجم بايد نسبت به ارتقاء ابعاد و مولفه هاي نوآوري دانش محور همت گمارند تا از اين طريق باعث بهبود عملكرد تحول آفرين در دانشگاه شوند نگاه به فلسفه، اهداف و چشم انداز ابعاد تحول مهم جلوه مي نمايد. با عنايت به تحليل مسير انجام شده بر اساس مولفه هاي پيشنهادي فلسفه، چشم انداز و اهداف قابليت پاسخگويي پيدا مي كند. ولي در پيشبرد مدل پيوست مي توان بر اساس پيشبرد نوآوري مبتني بر دانش در بحث و بررسي مطالعات برنامه ريزي آموزشي در نظام آموزش عالي و تعميم آن به تمام ساختارهاي نظام آموزش بسترسازي هاي مناسب را به منظور دستيابي به هر چه بهتر شدن الگوهاي استاندارد ساختارسازي نمود.

Abstract: The philosophy, vision, approaches and goals of the researchers' innovative models have been always discussed. The statistical sample of present study consisted of 768 participants; and the data collection tool was an anonymous questionnaire to assess and evaluate the research questions. All stages and processes of the original; in advancing developmental and strategic planning, the structuring of knowledge, and quantitative and qualitative innovation for the achievement and realization of each of the Responsibilities, all in all require improvement of transformational performance. Since universities, with their scientific and coherent planning, should promote the dimensions and components of knowledge-based innovation in order to improve the transformational performance of the university, therefore, the look to philosophy, goals, and perspective of the dimensions of transformation is important priority. Given the path analysis, philosophy, vision and goals provided capability to answer. Moreover, in advancing the appendix model based on advancement of knowledge-based innovation in the discussion and study of educational planning studies, in the higher education system, and its generalization to all the structures of the education, it provided appropriate structutre in order to achieve to standard patterns.
