آسيب شناسي دانشگاه فرهنگيان با تأكيد بر فرايند تدريس از ديدگاه دانشجويان (استان اصفهان)

Pathology of Farhangian University with an Emphasis on Teaching Process from Students’ Perspective (Isfahan Province)

اين پژوهش با هدف آسيب شناسي دانشگاه فرهنگيان با تأكيد بر فرايند تدريس از ديدگاه دانشجويان (استان اصفهان) انجام شده است. مركز ثقل حوزه‌ي برنامه درسي و دانشگاه فرهنگيان، فرايند تدريس است. اين پژوهش كيفي و از نوع تحليل گفتمان است. در اين روش براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از گفتگوها و مصاحبه هاي غيرساختاري با دانشجويان دختر و پسر استفاده شد. روش انتخاب شركت كنندگان، نمونه گيري هدفمند ملاك- محور است، تعداد شركت كنندگان 32 نفر است كه به حد اشباع رسيد. گپ و گفت ها پياده و سپس با فرايند كدگذاري در سه سطح مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه در بعد ساختار دانشگاه؛ استفاده از معلمان و دبيران مجرب در كنار استادان،‌ مختلط بودن دانشگاه و ... در بُعد فرايند تدريس، ضعف استادان در حرفه‌ي معلمي، تدريس از روي متن كتاب و بسنده كردن كلاس ها به روش كنفرانس و ... در بُعد ارزشيابي استادان، ‌بسنده كردن آنان به آزمون هاي پاياني و ... در بُعد دانشجويان؛ اطمينان آنان به آينده ي شغلي منجر به عملكرد كمتر،‌ كمبود انگيزه هاي دانشجويي و ... در بُعد منابع كالبدي، فقدان فضاي فكري و مطالعاتي،‌ كمبود همايش‌هاي داخلي و خارجي و ... بايد مورد مداقه بيشتري قرار گيرد تا معلمان حرفه‌اي تربيت شوند.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the pathology of teaching from students' point of view (Isfahan province). The center of gravity of the curriculum area and the Farhangian University is the teaching process. This is a qualitative research in the form of discourse analysis. This method was used to gather information from unstructured interviews and interviews with male and female students. The participant selection method was criterion-based targeted sampling, with 32 participants meeting the saturation threshold. The chats were then transcribed and analyzed by the coding process at three levels. The results showed that in the structure of the university, the use of experienced teachers and teachers along with the professors, the complexity of the university, etc. in the teaching process, the weaknesses of the professors in the teaching profession, textbook teaching, and the sufficiency of classes Conference and ... in terms of evaluating professors, adapting them to final exams, and ... in the dimension of students; their confidence in the future of work leads to less performance, lack of student motivation and ... in terms of physical resources, Lack of intellectual and research space, lack of internal and external conferences and more need to be studied in order to train professional teachers.
