چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: از آنجا كه دانشگاه‌ها با تعداد بي‌شماري از داوطلبان مواجه هستند، رقابت براي دسترسي به رشته‌هاي معتبرتر در آموزش عالي به طور فزاينده‌اي رو به رشد است. از اين‌رو، نياز به تحقيقات مؤثري جهت شناسايي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر انتخاب رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي داوطلبان وجود دارد. در اين پژوهش، عوامل خانوادگي، شغلي و فردي به عنوان پيش بين هاي رضايتمندي از رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي دانشجويان علوم پزشكي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.
روش كار: اين مطالعه توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي است. شركت‌كنندگان شامل 340 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي مشهد بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي نسبتي انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه رضايتمندي از رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي دانشگاه مينه سوتاي آمريكا و پرسشنامه عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي به منظور گردآوري اطلاعات به كار گرفته شد. روايي ابزارها به روش تحليل عامل تأييدي و پايايي آن‌ها با استفاده از ضريب كرونباخ احراز گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل متغيرهاي پژوهش، از نرم‌افزارهاي AMOS و SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
نتايج: نتايج تجزيه و تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه عوامل شغلي و فردي به ترتيب قويترين پيش‌بيني كننده‌هاي مثبت و معني‌دار رضايتمندي از رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي دانشجويان بودند؛ در حالي كه عامل خانوادگي نقش معني‌داري در رضايتمندي از رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي دانشجويان ايفا نكرد.
نتيجه‌گيري: يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه نه تنها عوامل شغلي بلكه عوامل فردي به عنوان مؤلفه‌هايي ضروري براي رضايتمندي از رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي دانشجويان علوم پزشكي محسوب مي گردند.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Because universities face a large number of volunteers, the competition for access to higher field in higher education is increasingly growing. Therefore, there is a need for effective research to identify the factors that influence the choice of the field of study and career future of volunteers. In this research, family, career and individual factors as predictors of satisfaction with the field of study and career future of medical students were investigated.
Materials & Methods: This study is descriptive of the kind of correlation. The Population included 340 students of Mashhad University of medical sciences, who were selected by a stratified sampling method. A satisfaction questionnaire on the field of study and career future of the University of Minnesota and the questionnaire of factors affecting the field of study and career future were used to collect information. The validity of the instruments was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and reliability of them by Cronbach's coefficient. For analyzing the research variables, AMOS and SPSS version 22 software's were used.
Results: The results of multiple regression analyses showed that career and individual factors were the strongest positive and significant predictors of student satisfaction with the field of study and career future respectively, while the family factor did not play a significant role in student satisfaction with the field of study and career future.
Conclusion: Findings indicate that not only career factor, but individual factor are essential elements of satisfaction with the field of study and career future of the students' medical sciences.
