ايدز يكي از بحران هاي رو به گسترش در دنيا و از جمله كشور ما به شمار مي رود. يكي از مسائل مهم در اين زمينه سنجش ميزان آگاهي عاملان انتقال بيماري ايدز از مسووليت فقهي و حقوقي است كه با رويكرد داده هاي آماري به آن پرداخته شد. با عنايت به اين كه عمده قواعد و قوانين حقوقي ما خصوصا قانون مجازات اسلامي و قانون مدني بر مبناي فقه اماميه تكامل و تنظيم شده است، گشودن باب جديد مسائل ايدز در قوانين فقهي حقوقي ضروري به نظر مي رسد، لذا يك راه مقابله، در كنار پيشگيري از آلوده شدن به ويروس ايذر آگاهي از مسووليت هاي فقهي و حقوقي مترتب بر انتقال اين بيماري مي باشد. مطالعه اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي تحليلي و مقطعي انجام شده است. پژوهش ميداني و قلمرو مورد ارزيابي نشان داد كه در كل، جامعه و حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه از آگاهي ضعيفي نسبت به نحوه وقوع مسووليت هاي فقهي حقوقي عاملان انتقال ايدز برخوردارند. نتايج ارزيابي اين پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22 بيانگر اين امر گرديد كه هم زمان و به ويژه در محيط هاي آموزشي، متخصصان مرتبط پزشكي و حقوقي، با مراكز مذكور و اقدام دلسوزانه و حرفه اي مراكز مشاوره پزشكي حقوقي مي توانند با ارتقاي سطح آگاهي اصنفاف پرريسك، از دامنه رشد رو به تزايد اين بيماري بكاهند.
