بررسي عوامل تعيين كننده تصادفات جاده اهر-تبريز در سال 1395: يك گزارش كوتاه

The Survey of Determinants of the Accidents in Ahar-Tabriz Road in 2017: A Short Report

زمينه و هدف: تصادف از معضلات مهم بهداشت عمومي در جهان است. هدف اين مطالعه، تعيين عوامل تعيين كننده تصادفات جاده اهر-تبريز در سال 1395 بود. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه توصيفي حاضر در سه مرحله اسنادي، جمع ­آوري اطلاعات از طريق مصاحبه با پليس راه و راهور و آناليز 971 مورد تصادف ثبت شده در سال 1395 با آزمون مجذور كاي بود. يافته ­ها: بيش­ترين ميزان تصادفات در فصل تابستان 30/9 درصد، جاده 77/8 درصد، روز 65/5 درصد، هواي آفتابي 77/4 درصد، وسيله نقليه سواري 69/8 درصد، سنين 35 تا 44 سال مرد 33 درصد منجر به جرح و فوت رخ داد و ارتباط معني داري بين علل اصلي تصادفات با متغيرهاي مستقل (به‌جز استفاده از كلاه ايمني) مشاهده شد (p<0.05). نتيجه­ گيري: با توجه به درصد بيش­تر تصادفات به دليل عدم توانايي در كنترل وسيله نقليه، ايجاد راه‌كارهاي لازم در زمينه آموزش صحيح رانندگي، ايمني جاده و وسيله نقليه توسط مراجع ذي­ربط پيشنهاد مي ­گردد

Background and Objectives: Accident is an important public health problem around the world. The aim of this research was to study the determinants of road accidents in Ahar-Tabriz in 2017. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was carried out in three stages of documentation, data collection via interviews with the high way police and analysis of 971 accidents recorded by chi-square test in 2017. Results: The highest accidents occurred in summer (30.9%), road (77.8%), day (65.5%), sunny weather (77.4%), riding (69.8%), and men ages from 35 to 44 years with 33% leading to injury and death. In addition, there was a significant statistical relationship between the main causes of road accidents and independent variables (except using helmet) (p<0.05). Conclusion: According to the higher percentage of accidents due to inability to control the vehicle, it is suggested that guidelines be taken by the relevant authorities in the field of proper driving instruction and road and vehicle safety.
