Fisher Information in Record Values of Burr Type XII Distribution

Records are important in a sequence of destructive stress testing. In this paper we consider Burr type XII distribution and then compare Fisher Information (Fl) contains in n iid observation and the same number of record values. We show that Fl contains in record statistics of this distribution is greater than the Fl contains in the same number of iid observation by considering the inter record times. Also we prove that Fl contains in upper record statistics is equal to it in lower record statistics. However, Burr type XII distribution isnʹt symmetric, but it is true for all symmetric distributions.
