چكيده فارسي :
جمهوري كردستان يا مهاباد در دوم بهمن 1324ش. از سوي قاضي محمد ملقب به پيشوا رسما اعلام گرديد و با تحمل فشارهاي داخلي و خارجي، سرانجام پس از يك سال، به انتها رسيد. بحران كردستان كه بر اثر اشغال بيگانگان روي داد، ريشه در مشكلات داخلي هم داشت كه با آغاز جنگ جهاني دوم نمايان شد. در اين پژوهش، به روش توصيفي- تحليلي، چگونگي شكل گيري بحران كردستان، تاسيس جمهوري مهاباد و عوامل داخلي و خارجي موثر بر پيدايش و زوال آن بررسي شده است. يافته پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه قضيه كردستان و جمهوري مهاباد ريشه در شرايط و زمينه هاي عصر رضاشاهي و پويش قوم كرد در جهت خودمختاري از دولت مركزي داشت و دخالت هاي قدرت هاي فرا منطقه اي و تحريكات آنان روند اين گونه حركت هاي قومي را تسريع مي كرد. از سويي، ضعف ساختاري و مشكلات دروني جمهوري مهاباد و عمل كرد همان قدرت هاي بيگانه در سقوط اين جمهوري تازه تاسيس موثر بوده است.

In January 22,1946 ,republic of Kurdistan or Mahabad was officially announced by Ghazi.Mohammed called Pishva . Finally it was ended after a year under internal, external pressures. The crisis of Kurdistan which had been occurred due to foreign occupations, was also rooted in civil problems that emerged at the beginning of second world war. In this research the followings have been studied in a descriptive _analytical method: the formation of Kurdistan crisis, establishment of the republic of Mahabad and internal, external elements effective in it's emergence and decline. The research findings indicate that the discussion of Kurdistan and republic of Mahabad had caused by the situation and grounds of Rezashah period and Kurdish people movement to announce their autonomy from central government and trans-regional powers interferes and their stimulations accelerated such tribal movements. On the other hand, structural weakness and internal problems of republic of Mahabad and those foreign countries performance have influenced the collapse of that newly founded republic.
