Educational Needs Assessment for Rehabilitation Management Curriculum: A Content Analysis

مقدمه: برنامه آموزشي رشته مديريت توانبخشي سال ها پيش مورد بازنگري قرار گرفته، با توجه به گذشت زمان و تغييرات فناوري بازبيني اين برنامه ضروري به نظر مي رسد. پژوهشگر بر آن شد تا با انجام مطالعه اي با هدف تبيين نيازهاي آموزشي رشته كارشناسي ارشد مديريت توانبخشي در دانشجويان، دانش آموختگان و اساتيد دانشگاه علوم بهزيستي و توانبخشي در سال 1397 به اين نياز پاسخ دهد. روش‌: در اين مطالعه كيفي از نوع تحليل محتوي قراردادي تعداد 21 نفر از اساتيد، دانشجويان و دانش آموختگان رشته مديريت توانبخشي مشاركت نمودند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند استفاده شد. مصاحبه ها با اجازه شركت كنندگان ضبط و كلمه به كلمه پياده شده و با روش تحليل گرانهايم تجزيه و تحليل داده ها انجام شده است. يافته‌ها: يافته هاي حاصل از اين پژوهش شامل 628 كد اوليه بوده كه در نهايت با ادغام كدهاي اوليه 34 كد نهايي، 11 زيرطبقه و در 3 طبقه اصلي ارائه گرديد. كه طبقه اصلي "بازنگري در سياست گذاري ها" شامل: زير طبقات " نيازسنجي قبل از تدوين برنامه درسي "، "توجه به ارتقاء علمي دانش آموخته ها"، "يكپارچه كردن فعاليت هاي مرتبط با معلولين"، "نگاه راهبردي به امر پژوهش در اين رشته" و "لزوم بازتعريف چرايي وجود رشته" و طبقه اصلي "بازنگري در محتوي" با زير طبقات "نياز به بازنگري در محتوي دروس"، "توجه به ويژگي هاي جامعه شناختي"، "محتوي برنامه آموزشي كل نگر " و طبقه اصلي "تغيير نياز آموزشي" ير طبقات "تخصصي شدن سيستم آموزشي"، "توجه به كيفيت و كميت آموزش"و "تغيير در برنامه آموزشي" را شامل شد. نتيجه‌گيري: يافته ها نشان داد مشاركت كنندگان در پژوهش بر اين باورند كه برنامه درسي رشته مديريت توانبخشي بايستي در سه حوزه سياست گذاري، محتوي و تغييرات نياز آموزشي مورد بازبيني قرار گيرد.

Introduction: The rehabilitation management’s master science educational program has been revised many years ago, but due to time and technological changes, the review of this program seems necessary. The aim of the study was to content analysis study for assessing the educational needs of rehabilitation management’s educational program among students, graduates and professors of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2018. Methods: It was a conventional content analysis study. Data were gathered by semi structured interview with 15 rehabilitation management faculty members, students and graduates. The interviews were conducted with the permission of the participants to record and word-byword writing and analyzed based on Graneheim content analysis method. Results: The findings included 628 open codes which were condensed to the 11 sub categories and 3 main categories. The three main categories included: "Policy review" with the subcategories: "Need assessment before curriculum development", "Focus on scientific advancement of graduates", "Integration of disabled people activities", "Strategic approach to research In this field" and “the necessity of redefining the reason for the existence of the major". Another main category was "Change in content" with the following sub-classes: "need to revisit the contents of the course", "attention to sociological characteristics", "the content of the curriculum is holistic" and the last main category was "Educational needs changing" with the subcategories "specialized education system", "attention to quality and quantity of education", and "change in educational curriculum". Conclusions: The findings showed that the participants believed that the curriculum of rehabilitating management major should be review and revised in three main categories including the policy, change in content and educational needs.
