The Relationship between Political Intelligence and Verbal Intelligence with Developmental Leadership Style of Managers and Employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports

تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه هوش سياسي و هوش كلامي با سبك رهبري تحولي مديران و كاركنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نحوه گردآوري داده ها و روابط بين متغيرها از دسته پژوهش هاي توصيفي – همبستگي بوده و از لحاظ اهداف پژوهش از نوع كاربردي مي باشد كه به روش ميداني به اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه كاركنان و مديران وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود (700= N)، كه 60 نفر از مديران به صورت كل شمار و 200 نفر از كارمندان به روش تصادفي ساده و با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند (260=n). در اين تحقيق از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش كلامي ، هوش سياسي و سبك رهبري تحولي استفاده شد. به منظور بررسي اطلاعات از آزمون هاي كلموگروف اسميرنف، همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 20 استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه هوش سياسي و هوش كلامي نمونه هاي تحقيق در سطح مطلوبي قرار دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد بين هوش سياسي و سبك رهبري تحولي(r260 =0.52, p =0.01) و همچنين بين هوش كلامي و سبك رهبري تحولي رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد (r260 =0.65, p =0.01). در نهايت اينكه نتايج نشان داد هوش كلامي و هوش سياسي پيش بيني كننده هاي خوبي براي رسبك هبري تحولي هستند.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between political intelligence and verbal intelligence with developmental leadership style of managers and employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The study way descriptive – correlative with applied implications. The statistical population consisted all employees and directors of the Ministry of Youth and Sport's (N =700), 60 number of managers for a total and 200 employees randomly selected by Morgan (n =260 ). In this study three standard questionnaires were used: verbal intelligence David A.. Kolb (2005), the political intelligence Ashraf & Zahid Lqbal (2010) and transformational leadership style of Bernard Bass (1985). Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. To verify the data K-S test, Pearson correlation and linear regression were applied with the help of SPSS version 20. The results determined that the political intelligence and verbal intelligence research samples were located in desirable level. Between the political intelligence and transformational leadership style (r260 =0.52, p =0.01) with verbal intelligence and transformational leadership style existed a positive significant (r260 =0.65, p =0.01) relation. It is concluded that the verbal intelligence and political intelligence are good predictors for developmental leadership style. It is needed to provide ways to reinforce managers and employees in their verbal and political intelligence and make a trustful and effective reciprocal communication between managers and subordinates to improve developmental leadership style.
