چكيده فارسي :
پويش محيطي، در سال‌هاي اخير به‌صورت چشم‌گيري مورد استفاده در سراسر جهان قرار گرفته است. اگرچه تعريف دقيق و شفافي براي اين مفهوم وجود ندارد، ولي در كل مي‌توان اين‌گونه بيان كرد كه اين فرآيند، استفاده سيستماتيك از بهترين اطلاعات موجود براي انتخاب بهترين تصميم ممكن را فراهم ميكند. جستجويي سيستماتيك براي گرايش‌هاي نوين، فرصت‌ها و محدوديت‌هايي كه در مسير رسيدن به اهداف تعيين شده مديريتي اثرگذار هستند. اهداف صريح پويش محيطي براي مسائل نوين و تكويني، دانش و داده‌هاي ذخيره شده درباره آن‌ها و در نهايت آگاهي از تصميمات حياتي است. در اين راستا مي توان به راهكارهاي كليدي فني به‌كار گرفته شده در فرآيندهاي پويش محيطي نظير وبگردي، شاخص گذاري، نگاشت دانش، هم استنادي، هم واژگاني، هم رخدادي، الگوريتم رتبه صفحه، الگوريتم اچ.آي.تي.اس، داده كاوي، دسته بندي و خوشه بندي اشاره كرد. در مدت زمان نگارش اين پژوهش تلاش شده است تا موسسات و كمپانيهاي در حال بهره بردن و يا خدمت رساندن در زمينه پويش محيطي وب محور شناسايي و اهداف و راهكارهاي آن‌ها مورد بررسي قرار بگيرد و همچنين تكنيكها و ابزارهايي كه استفاده ميكنند شناسايي و مطالعه شوند.

Horizon scanning, dramatically in recent years, has been used throughout in the world. Although there is not an accurate definition about it, but in general it is a systematic process used the best available information to select the best possible decisions. A systematic search for new trends, opportunities and constraints that effect on the path of objective sets. Explicit goals of horizon scanning are critical for innovative and developmental issues, knowledge, data stored, and decision making. Key technical solutions used in environmental scanning processes are web browsing, indexing, mapping knowledge, citation, lexical, coincidental, page rank algorithm, html analytical algorithm, data mining, Classification and clustering.
During the writing of this research, efforts have been made to identify institutions and companies that are using or serving in the field of web-based environmental scanning, identification of their goals and solutions, as well as identifying and studying techniques and tools that they use.
The result of this research should help the internal organization to use this new method to reach their goals.
