Future Perspectives Perspectives in Mahdavi's Ideal Politics

چشم ­انداز، روشي هنجاري و تصويرپرداز است، نه اكتشافي؛ اما براي اينكه آيندۀ هنجاري و تصويرپرداز به ناكجاآباد نرسد، از آينده ­پژوهيِ اكتشافي نيز استفاده شده ­است. چشم ­اندازِ مهدوي هرگز از وضع موجود حادث نمي‌شود، بلكه از پويشِ منابع (آيات و روايات)، اسناد بالادستي (انديشه­ هاي سياسي امام خميني (ره)، انديشه­ هاي سياسي مقام معظم رهبري، قانون اساسي و سند چشم­ انداز جمهوري اسلامي ايران)، ارزش‌هاي اساسي (core Values) و اهداف بنيادين (Core Purpose) در آرمان­شهر مهدوي به­ دست مي­ آيد. براي گام برداشتن در مسير جامعۀ آرمانيِ مهدوي بايد علاوه ­بر آينده­ هاي تصوير شده، آينده ­هايي كوتاه­تر با نام آينده ­هاي هنجاري (بيست ساله و سي ساله) ترسيم نماييم. پژوهشِ حاضر در صدد ارائۀ الگويي روشمند براي دستيابي به روش چشم­ انداز در مهدويت است. ‌پژوهش با اين پرسش آغاز شده است كه «چگونه مي ­توان از روش چشم ­انداز در سياست گذاري مهدوي استفاده نمود؟». براي پاسخ به سؤال اصلي، لازم است درك درستي از سؤالات فرعي داشته باشيم كه هريك در اين پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار مي­ گيرند. «معناي لغوي و اصطلاحيِ چشم ­انداز»، «ضرورت تدوين چشم­ انداز مهدوي»، «ضرورت الگوي مناسب از چشم ­انداز براي تحليل مهدويت­ پژوهي» و «فرآيند تدوين چشم ­انداز در مهدويت ­پژوهي» پرسش­ هايي اين پژوهش هستند. در پژوهشِ حاضر از روش هنجاري و تصويرپردازِ چشم ­انداز، براي پيشبرد تحليل استفاده شده ­است. پژوهش نشان مي­دهد چشم­ اندازي كه همواره در ساختار مديريتي و سازماني مورد تحليل قرار گرفته، مي تواند به­ عنوان يك مدلِ مهدويت، در افق زمانيِ بلندمدت و متناسب با ارزش­هاي اساسي و اهداف بنيادينِ مهدوي، به­ كار برده شود.

The vision is a normative and image-oriented approach, not an exploration, but in order to prevent the future of the normative and image-maker from coming to fruition, the exploration of the future has also been used. The Mahdavi vision never comes from the present state, but from the resources (verses and narratives), the upstream documents, core values and core goals are achieved in the ideals of Mahdavi. The present study seeks to provide a methodological model for achieving the visionary approach in Mahdism. Research has begun with the question "How can I use the visionary method in Mahdavi's policy?" In order to answer the main question, we need to have an understanding of the sub-questions that each one is considering in this study. "The Linguistic Meaning of the Eye", "The Necessity of Compiling the Perspective of Mahdavi", "The Necessity of an Appropriate Pattern from the Prospect for the Analysis of Mahdist-Study" and "The Process of Creating the Perspective in the Study of Mahdism", the questions of this research are. In the present study, the normative method and eye viewer are used to advance the analysis. Research has shown that the vision that has always been analyzed in the management and organizational structure can be used as a model of Mahdism in the long term horizons and in line with the fundamental values and fundamental goals of Mahdavi.
