چكيده فارسي :
ترديدي نيست كه محيط آينده فراپيچيده نظام آموزش عالي و سازمان ها، محيطي راهبردي، و يكي از راه هاي موفقيت در رهبري افراد در آن محيط چرخش به درون خويش با نگاه ويژه اي به تسلط شخصي از طريق كنكاش و باستان شناسي در خويشتن خويش با هدف آينده ورزي، جلوگيري از آنتروپي و خلق سنتروپي جهت كارآمدي جمعي، اجتماع فرهيختگان و دانش آموختگان نظام آموزش عالي در آينده خواهد بود. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي و تعيين روايي محتوايي تسلط شخصي و ابعاد آن در دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه ها و مراكز آموزش عالي از ديدگاه خبرگان مي باشد. اين پژوهش كاربردي، كيفي و اكتشافي مي باشد. مشاركت كنندگان در اين پژوهش بصورت هدفمند در بخش اول 7 نفر با تكنيك دلفي و در بخش دوم 22 نفر، از استادان خبره دانشگاه هاي؛ هاروارد، فلوريدا، خوارزمي، علوم و تحقيقات با معيار سطح علمي دانشيار به بالا و تاليف كتاب هاي تخصصي انتخاب گرديد. پرسشنامه از دو نوع باز پاسخ و بسته پاسخ و در تحليل داده ها از روش فراواني تحليل روايي محتوايي با شاخص هاي سي وي آر و سي وي آي استفاده گرديد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه خبرگان دانشگاه ها در تسلط شخصي و ابعاد اصلي آن يعني: بخشش، خودشناسي، دوست داشتن خود، حفظ ذهنيت مثبت، تمرين انضباط، پيش كنشي،باورهاي خودتنظيمي فراشناختي و تدوين و اجرا (زندگي كردن) در راستاي هدف مدون در دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه ها اجماع نظر دارند

The aim of this study was to identify and determine the validity of the content of personal mastery and its dimensions on the graduate students of universities and centers of higher education from the perspective of experts. This applied research, exploratory and qualitative. Participants in this research is targeted in the first part of 7 people with Delphi technique, and in the second part of the 22 people, Certified masters of the Harvard, Florida, Kharizmi and Sciences and Research Universities The academic level of associate with the criteria above and specialized books. There are two types of The closed questionnaire responses and Open questionnaire answers in the data analysis of the method of frequency analysis, CVR and CVI, was using. The findings show the consensus of the universities on the concept of personal Mastery and identification of its main dimensions: Forgiveness, Know Yourself, Love Yourself, Maintain a Positive Mindset, Practice Discipline, Be Proactive, The beliefs of Self-Regulations, and Develop writ and live your purpose statement, in university graduate students.
