آينده پژوهي صنعت بانكداري با رويكرد سناريو نويسي

Future studies of the banking industry with a scenario approach

زمينه: صنعت بانكداري به‌عنوان يكي از بااهميت‌ترين بخش‌هاي اقتصادي كشور همواره تحت تأثير عوامل بسيار زيادي قرار دارد و اين موضوع متخصصان و خبرگان اقتصادي را به اين فكر انداخته تا با شناخت آينده از نوسان وبي ثباتي آن در مواجه با تغييرات پيش رو جلوگيري كرده و زمينه رشد و توسعه اين بخش را فراهم آورند. هدف: هدف اين پژوهش تدوين سناريوهاي صنعت بانكداري با رويكرد آينده‌پژوهي است. روش: اين تحقيق بر اساس هدف، تحقيقي -كاربردي است كه با استفاده از روش‌هاي كيفي، اقدام به جمع‌آوري اطلاعات نموده است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه، مصاحبه، فيش‌برداري و شبكه‌هاي اطلاعاتي و آماري مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق جامعه آماري مديران و متخصصان بانكي و اساتيد دانشگاه آشنا با حوزه بانكداري مي‌باشند كه با توجه به نوع اطلاعات لازم براي انجام تحقيق از نمونه‌گيري غير احتمالي قضاوتي استفاده‌شده است. روش اين پژوهش مبتني بر سناريو نگاري در آينده‌پژوهي است. يافته‌ها: پس از تدوين پرسش آغازين و مشخص كردن موضوع اصلي، تشكيل پانل خبرگان، انجام مصاحبه‌هاي اكتشافي و مشخص كردن نيروهاي پيشران،64 متغير به‌عنوان عوامل اوليه مؤثر بر صنعت بانكداري به‌صورت يك ماتريس 64*64 در اختيار خبرگان قرار گرفت و بعد به كمك نرم‌افزار ميك مك،12 عامل كليدي استخراج و به 38 وضعيت مختلف طبقه‌بندي گرديد سپس اين وضعيت‌ها براي تمام عوامل كليدي به‌صورت ماتريسي 38*38 در اختيار متخصصين قرار داده شد و در نرم‌افزار سناريو ويزارد تحليل گرديد و چهار سناريو استخراج شد. نتيجه‌گيري: درنهايت 3 سناريوي قوي،1 سناريوي باوركردني و 8 سناريوي ضعيف شناسايي شد و در سه گروه مطلوب، ايستا و بحران طبقه‌بندي گرديد و براي توسعه صنعت بانكداري راهبردهايي ارائه شد.

Background: The banking industry as one of the most important economic sectors of the country has always been influenced by many factors an‎d that's the thought of the experts and the economists To realize the future of the swing instability has prevented it in the face of changes ahead and Provide growth and development for this sector. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to formulate scenarios of the banking industry with a future research approach. Method: This goal-based research is an applied research that has used qualitative methods to collect data. Data collection tools are questionnaires, interviews, check-ins, and statistical and information networks. In this study, the statistical population of banking managers and specialists and university professors are familiar with the field of banking, which, based on the type of information required to conduct the research, non-probable judgmental sampling was used. The methodology of this research is based on future research scenario writing. Results: After formulating the initial question and identifying the main topic, forming the panel of experts, conducting exploratory interviews and identifying the driving forces, 64 variables were identified as the primary influencing factors of the banking industry by a 64*64 matrix and then provided with the help of Mic Mac Software , 12 key factors were extracted and categorized into 38 different situations. These situations were then presented to the experts for all key factors in a 38*38 matrix and analyzed in the Scenario Wizard software and four scenarios were extracted. Conclusion: Finally, 3 strong scenarios, 1 believable scenario and 8 weak ones were identified and classified into three groups: desirable, static and crisis and presented strategies for developing the banking industry.
