The Function of Persian Language, as A National Language, in Producing Sustainable National Security

امنيت، نخستين خواسته تمام جوامع از نظام هاي سياسي است كه امروزه داراي ابعاد و مولفه هاي گوناگوني شده و بر تمام پديده ها و مسايل جامعه تاثيرگذار است. تعيين يك زبان به عنوان زبان رسمي و ملي، امري طبيعي است كه در تمام كشورهاي دنيا رايج است. چراكه دستيابي به امنيت پايدار در هر جامعه اي، بدون وجود اتحاد و همبستگي ميان گروه هاي قومي و مذهبي، امكا نپذير نخواهد بود. زبان ميتواند با انتقال فرهنگ و هويت ملي يك سرزمين، عامل مهمي در همبستگي و وفاق ملي محسوب گردد؛ ازاي نرو، اين پژوهش بر پايه اين پرسش شكل گرفت كه «در شرايط كنوني چگونه ميتوان امنيت ملي ايران را با همبستگي ملي در بافت جمعيتي ايران كه ماهيتا و ازنظر قوميتي و خرده فرهنگي متنوع است، حفظ كرد، تداوم بخشيد و ارتقا داد ». براي پاسخ به پرسش يادشده، فرضيه اينگونه شكل گرفت كه «زبان فارسي،با تثبيت و انتقال هنجارها، خودباوري و مباني تاريخي و فرهنگي تمام مردم، ازجمله گروه هاي قومي و مذهبي جامعه ايراني و افزايش احساس سربلندي و افتخار به فرهنگ و هويت ملي، توانسته است در طول تاريخ، سبب يكپارچگي و انسجام ملي و ايجاد امنيت ملي پايدار شود ». اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصيفي-تحليلي، انجام شده و با بررسي كاركردهاي زبان فارسي و توانمندي آن در طول تاريخ و پس از تجزيه و تحليل يافته ها، فرضيه يادشده با روش استدلال استقرايي، تاييد شده است.

Security is the first demand of all societies from their political systems. Today, it has found various dimensions and components that affect all phenomena and issues of society. Designating a language as the official and national language is a common practice in all countries of the world. It is impossible to achieve sustainable security in any society without the unity of ethnic and religious groups. Language can be an important factor in national solidarity and national unity by transferring the national identity and culture of a land; hence, the present research was based on the question of “How the national security of Iran can be preserved, sustained, and promoted by national solidarity in Iran’s ethnically and culturally diverse population.” To answer this question, the hypothesis was that “Persian language has succeeded in creating national unity and solidarity and sustainable security throughout history by consolidating and transmitting the norms, self-esteem and historical and cultural foundations of all peoples, including ethnic and religious groups of Iranian society, and enhancing their sense of pride and national identity.” This research has been carried out by descriptive-analytical method and examining the functions of Persian language and its ability throughout history and the hypothesis was confirmed by deductive reasoning method after analyzing the findings.
