چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف طراحي الگوي ارزشيابي كيفيت آموزشي در دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي به روش تحقيق آميخته (كيفي– كمي) انجام يافت. در بخش كيفي 20 نفر از صاحب‌نظران آموزش عالي، مديران دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي و مديران صنايع، به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند موارد مطلوب انتخاب شدند، با آنها مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته انجام يافت. مصاحبه‌ها با روش تحليل محتواي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت، نتايج حاصل از آن در قالب الگوي ارزشيابي كيفيت آموزشي با 17 مؤلفه و 63 خرده‌مؤلفه استخراج گرديد. در بخش كمي، براي اعتبارسنجي الگوي طراحي شده، پرسش‌نامه‌اي براساس خرده‌مؤلفه‌هاي اين الگو طراحي شد، روايي اين پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن به‌‌وسيله آلفاي كرون‌باخ 95/0 محاسبه گرديد. اين پرسشنامه در اختيار 233 نفر از اساتيد، كاركنان و مديران دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي به‌عنوان نمونه آماري بخش كمي قرار گرفت. داده‌هاي گردآوري‌شده از طريق پرسشنامه، با روش تحليل عاملي و نرم‌افزار Amos تجزيه‌و‌تحليل شد، با انجام تحليل عاملي، الگوي طراحي‌شده به 11 مؤلفه (فرايند ياددهي-يادگيري، اهداف و ساختار، منابع مالي، برنامه آموزشي، استاد، حمايت جامعه، دانش‌آموختگان، مديريت، كيفيت تحصيل، پژوهش، كاركنان اداري) و 54 خرده‌مؤلفه تعديل يافت. مقدار شاخص‌هاي (80/1=CMIN/DF، 06/0=RMSEA0، 95/0=GFI، 95/0=AGFI، 94/0=NFI، 94/0=RFI و 04/0=RMR) نشان داد كه الگوي تدوين شده از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار است و اين الگو مي‌تواند به عنوان ابزاري معتبر، در ارزشيابي كيفيت آموزشي دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي مورد استفاده قرارگيرد.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was carried out to design the educational quality evaluation model in Technical and Vocational University through mixed research method (qualitative-quantitative). In the quality section, 20 Experts of higher Education, Principle Technical and Vocational University principle and industry managers were selected by purposeful sampling method and then the Semi-structured interviews were done on them. The interviews were analyzed by qualitative content analysis method. The results were extracted in the form of educational quality evaluation model with 17 components and 63 sub-components. In the quantitative section, for the validation of the designed model, a questionnaire was designed based on the sub-components of this model. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha 95.0. This questionnaire was presented to 233 professors, staff and managers of Technical and Vocational University as a statistical sample. The data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed by using factor analysis and AMOS software. Using factor analysis, the model designed was adjusted to 11 components (teaching-learning process, Purposes and structure, financial resources, educational program, Professor, community support, graduates, management, quality of education, research, and administrative staff) and 54 sub-component. The value of indices (CMIN/DF=1.80, RMSEA=0.06, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.95, NFI=0.94, RFI=0.94, and RMR=0.04) indicated that this method is good fit and this model can be used as a valid tool for evaluating the educational quality at Technical and Vocational University.
