به منظور بررسي اثر تاريخ كاشت و تراكم گياهي بر برخي صفات گياه داروئي انيسون (Pimpinella anisum) آزمايشي در سال 1395 در مزرعه تحقيقاتي دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز، بصورت كرتهاي خرد شده و در قالب طرح بلوكهاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار اجرا شد. عاملهاي مورد مطالعه شامل سه تاريخ كاشت (20 آبان، 7 آذر و 20 آذر) به عنوان عامل كرت اصلي و سه سطح تراكم (30 ،40 و 50 بوته در متر مربع) به عنوان عامل كرت فرعي در نظر گرفته شد. نتايج نشان داد كه تاريخ كاشت، سطوح تراكم و اثر متقابل آنها بر اكثر صفات مورد مطالعه تأثير معنيداري داشتند. در مجموع بالاترين عملكرد دانه (87/859 كيلوگرم در هكتار) و عملكرد اسانس (91/19 كيلوگرم در هكتار) در تاريخ كاشت هفت آذر با تراكم 40 بوته در مترمربع و كمترين ميزان عملكرد دانه (28/388 كيلوگرم در هكتار) و عملكرد اسانس (29/1 كيلوگرم در هكتار) در تاريخ كاشت بيست آذر و تراكم 30 بوته در متر مربع حاصل گرديد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study the effects of different sowing dates and plant densities on some growth traits of
Anise (Pimpinella anisum L.), a field experiment was done at Agricultural College of Shahid Chamran
University in 2016. Experimental design set as a split plot on Randomized Complete Block Design with
three replications. Main plot was sowing dates in three levels (11Nov, 28 Nov and 11 Dec) and sub plot
was different plant densities at three levels included: (30, 40 and 50 plant/m2). The result showed that
sowing date, plant densities and interactions had significant effect on most under study traits. The highest
plant height (86.08 cm), leaf area (0.124 m2), number of umbel per plant (6.20), lateral umbel/plant
(150.21), grain yield (678.29 kg/ha), essential oil yield (13.64 kg/ha), and harvest index (10.05%) were
obtained at 28 Nov sowing date and the highest biological yield (6812 kg/ha) was observed at 11 Nov.
Late sowing caused to decrease all traits except 1000 seeds weight, whereas the highest 1000 seeds
weight (1.23 gr) was obtained at 11 Dec. Plant density had also significant effect on all traits in which the
highest plant height (83.95 cm), leaf area (0.119 m2), umbel number/plant (6.38), lateral umbel/plant
(151.14), grain yield (724.94 kg/ha), essential oil yield (14.32 kg/ha), and harvest index (10.71%) were
revealed at 40 plant/m2 density and the highest 1000 seeds weight(1.118 gr) and biological yield (6786.66
kg/ha) were observed at 50 plant/m2 density. The lowest values were revealed at 30 plant/m2 densities. Overall, the highest grain yield (859.87 kg/ha) and essential oil yield (19.91 kg/ha) were obtained at 28
Nov and 40 plant/m2 and the lowest grain yield (388.28 kg/ha) and essential oil yield (3. 49 kg/ha) were
observed at 11 Dec and 30 plant/m2.
