تحليل مقايسه‌اي ژئوپليتيك انرژي چين در آسياي مركزي و خليج فارس با نگاهي به جايگاه ايران

Comparative Analysis of China's Energy Geopolitics in the Persian Gulf and Central Asia; With an Eye on Iran’s Position

چين به ‌عنوان قدرتي در حال رشد نيازي روزافزون به انرژي‌‌هاي فسيلي دارد. در عين حال تأمين اين نوع از انرژي‌‌ها ارتباط تنگاتنگي با موقعيت ژئوپليتيكي كشورهاي صاحب ذخاير دارد. خليج فارس و آسياي مركزي دو منطقه غني از انرژي‌‌هاي فسيلي هستند كه از موقعيت مناسبي براي تأمين نياز چين برخوردارند. ايران به لحاظ ژئوپليتيكي در مجاورت اين دو ناحيه قرار دارد و به حلقه واسط اين مناطق است. مقاله پيشرو ضمن تحليل مقايسه‌‌اي اهميت خليج فارس و آسياي مركزي در ژئوپليتيك انرژي چين نگاهي به جايگاه ايران نيز دارد. بدين منظور در چارچوب نظريه «مجموعه امنيتي انرژي منطقه‌‌اي» اين پرسش‌‌ها مطرح مي‌‌شود كه خليج فارس و آسياي مركزي چه جايگاهي در ژئوپليتيك انرژي چين دارند؟ و ايران به‌عنوان زيرسيستم اين مناطق چه نقشي در ژئوپليتيك انرژي چين ايفا مي‌‌كند؟ «چين درصدد تنوع بخشي به منابع تأمين‌كننده انرژي است. اما مسير اَمن زميني (آسياي مركزي) در مقايسه با مسير طولاني دريايي از طريق خليج فارس براي چين اولويت دارد. ايران قابليت تبديل شدن به كشوري رابط ميان اين مناطق و تقويت امنيت انرژي چين را دارد.»

China, as a rising power, is an important market for fossil fuels. Meantime, the supply of fossil fuels depends on the geopolitical position of the exporting countries. The Persian Gulf and Central Asia are rich regions from an energy perspective. These regions have appropriate locations for supplying the Chinese market. Iran is located between the Persian Gulf and Central Asia. In this article, we try to compare the importance of the Persian Gulf and Central Asia and assess the Iranian position in this context. Based on the security complex theory, we attempt to answer the following questions: What is the position of the Persian Gulf and Central Asia in China's geopolitics of energy? What is Iran’s role as a sub-system of these areas in China's energy geopolitics? China tries to diversify its energy suppliers. However, the land secure route (Central Asia) is more advantageous than the dangerous maritime route (Persian Gulf). Therefore, Iran, as a country that links these two regions, has the potential to act as a link between the two regions, and as such increase China’s energy security.
