نهادهاي فرهنگي و رابطه آنها با توسعه نيافتگي سياسي در عصر پهلوي اول

Cultural institutions and their relationship to political underdevelopment in the first Pahlavi era

اين مقاله به بررسي نفش نهادهاي فرهنگي بر توسعه نيافتگي سياسي در دوره پهلوي اول مي پردازد. سيوال اصلي اين مقاله آن است كه نهادهاي فرهنگي در دوره پهلوي اول چه رابطه اي با توسعه سياسي داشته اند؟ فرضيه مقاله اين است كه نهادهاي فرهنگي دوره رضاشاه در متن نگاه وي به نوسازي (مبتني بر ناسيوناليسم و سكولاريسم) معنا پيدا كرده و در جهت طرد مولفه هاي سنتي جامعه اسلامي عمل مي كردند كه اين امر به معناي ناديده انگاشتن ارزش هاي بخش مهمي از جامعه سنتي بوده و بنابراين ضد توسعه سياسي به حساب مي آيد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه نهادهاي فرهنگي در اين دوره در خدمت برداشت كماليستي رضاشاه از توسعه بوده و چون تحت سلطه شاه قرار داشتند صرفا بازنمايي ارزش هاي گزينشي و سطحي وي از توسعه و نوسازي بودند و از آنجايي كه رضاشاه بعد جمهوري خواهي را تحمل نمي كرد اين نهادها در نهايت نتوانستند مشاركت سياسي را تقويت كنند. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله توصفي، تحليلي وجمع آوري داده هاي مختلف از منابع كتابخانه اي و اسنادي به شيوه فيش برداري تهيه گرديده و با نگاه جامعه شناختي - تاريخي بدان نگريسته و تجزيه و تحليل گرديده است.

This article examines the influence of the consequent political culture on the lack of political development in the second Pahlavi era. The main question of this article is how has the causal political culture influenced the lack of political development in the second Pahlavi era? an‎d the main hypothesis of this paper is that the political culture in contemporary Iran, especially the second Pahlavi era, has combined, in a mixed and unbalanced sequence, the turbulent and irregular sequences (elements of tradition and modernity), dominated by the political culture of citizenship and nationality. The field of political participation, political competition and the establishment of civil and legal institutions has made it impossible. Because in the light of political culture, a political party has brought about a kind of political culture, such as extramaritalism, escaping reality, intolerance and disorientation, elimination and destruction, lack of consensus, subjectivism, and distrust. The research methodology in this paper is descriptive, analytical and aggregate of various data from library and document sources in a phishing scene, and has been considered and analyzed with a sociological-historical perspective.
