چكيده فارسي :
اين مطالعه به بررسي رابطه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت و مالكيت نهادي با نفوذ بر ارزش شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي دوره 1390-1396 مي‌پردازد. با غربالگري،152 شركت نمونه پژوهش تعيين شد. جهت آزمون فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از رگرسيون خطي چندمتغيره مبتني بر داده‌هاي تابلويي بهره گرفته شده است. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت و مالكيت نهادي با نفوذ بالا با ارزش شركت رابطه مثبت و معناداري دارد. همچنين مالكيت نهادي با نفوذ بالا، تأثير قابل توجه و مثبتي بر رابطه‌ بين مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت و ارزش شركت دارد. درواقع تأثير مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت بر ارزش شركت با سطح مالكيت نهادي با نفوذ تغيير كرده و منجر به افزايش ارزش شركت مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
This study examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility and Influential Institutional Ownership on the value of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2011-2017. By screening, 152 sample companies were identified. To test the hypothesis of the research, linear regression has been used based on panel data. The findings of this research show that corporate social responsibility and high-impact institutional ownership have a positive and significant relationship with the company's value. Also, high institutional ownership has a significant and positive impact on the relationship between CSR and company value. In fact, the impact of CSR on the value of a company with a level Influenced institutional ownership has changed and the company's value increases.
