چندجانبه گرايي بر اساس مدل اجماع پكن؛ راهبرد چين در منطقه آسياي شرقي

Multilateralism Based on Beijing's Consensus Model; China's Strategy in the East Asia Region

چين به عنوان يك ابر قدرت اقتصادي با مولفه هايي نظير رشد اقتصادي پايدار، ذخيره ارزي قابل توجه، توليد ناخالص داخلي عظيم، حجم بالاي تجارت با ساير كشورها و سرمايه گذاري هاي سنگين خارجي در چين از زمينه هاي لازم براي ايفاي نقش جهاني برخوردار است. سوال مقاله حاضر آن است كه چگونه چين در دهه هاي آينده به استفاده از ظرفيت هاي خود براي ايفاي بازيگري جهاني اقدام خواهد كرد؟ در پاسخ به اين پرسش، نگارندگان معتقدند كه چين با اتخاذ رويكرد چندجانبه گرايي و ايجاد شبكه اي از تعاملات تجاري با كشورهاي جهان، حضور و شكل دهي نهادهاي تجاري و سرمايه گذاري هاي هنگفت در زيرساخت هاي ساير كشورها به دنبال تاثيرگذاري مستقيم بر شمار قابل توجهي از كشورهاي منطقه آسياي شرقي و جهان است تا از طريق وابستگي متقابل اقتصادي كه در آن كفه ترازو به نفع چين سنگيني مي كند، در مناسبات جهاني نقشي بسزا ايفا نمايد.

China, as an economic superpower with components such as sustained economic growth, significant foreign exchange reserves, massive GDP, high volumes of trade with other countries, heavy foreign investment in China has the potential to play a global role. The question for the present article is how will China use its capacities to play global actor in the coming decades? In response to this question, the authors argue that by adopting a multilateralist approach and making a network of business interactions with countries around the world, the presence and formation of business institutions, huge investments in the infrastructure of other countries seek to directly impact on significant numbers among the countries of the East Asian region and the world to play a significant role in global relations through economic interdependence in which the balance sheet weighs in favor of China. The research method in this article is descriptive and analytical and uses library resources. Using a multilateralist approach and Beijing Consensus Model, this article seeks to chart China's future international involvement by explaining and analyzing China's efforts to establish economic cooperation.
