چكيده فارسي :
ايران سرزميني كهن است كه آغاز آن به دوران پيشاتاريخي باز مي‌گردد. اين آغاز پيدايش، در اساطير ضبط شده و از راهِ متن شاهنامه، انتقال يافته است. شكل گرفتن يك سرزمين، در چارچوب كشوري با وجود يك پادشاهي، به ناچار منجر به رابطه با مردمان سرزمين‌هاي همسايه و پادشاهان آن‌ها، به عنوان بيگانگان، مي‌شود. اين روابط، در دو گونۀ جنگ و صلح و زيرمجموعه‌هاي آن‌ها شكل گرفته و موجب غيريت‌بخشي به سرزمين و منافع خودي در قبال بيگانگانِ غير مي‌شود. بر اين پايه، نويسنده در اين مقاله مي كوشد تا استواري سياست شهرياري در برابر بيگانگان را بر پايۀ دال‌هاي برآمده از گفتمان سياسي ايران‌شهري نشان داده و فرآيند تجربي اين روابط ميان ايران با بيگانگان را با واكاي آن در دورۀ كيانيان (كي‌قباد، كي‌كاووس و كي‌خسرو)، بر اساس بخش حماسي شاهنامه، توصيف كند. روش انجام اين مقاله، تحليل گفتمان است و به عنوان نتيجۀ كلي، پيامد تمامي اين روابط، پيدايي و نگه‌داشت كشوري به نام ايران، مرزبندي آن با بيگانگانِ غير و امنيت آن، بر پايۀ اصل بقا است.
چكيده لاتين :
Iran is an ancient land and its beginning is back to prehistory. Iran's beginning creation remaining in myths and epics of it, and from the way of Shahnama has been transmitted to us. Formation an ancient land as a country whit a Kingdom, causes relationship whit peoples of neighbor lands and their kingdoms as aliens. This relations, create in two ways of war and peace, and their subcategories This article on the base of Shahnama trying to shows Iran's kingdom policy against the aliens on the base of the discourse of Persepolis political thought, and the empirical process of relationship between Iran and aliens in Kianian kingdom periods (Keikobad, Keikavous and Keikhosro). The method of research is discourse analysis. As the overall result, totality of this relations show that creation and keeping of country that is called Iran, Separating and creating the border between it and the aliens, and its security, is on the base of the principle of survival.
