Studying Sports diplomacy of Islamic Republic of Iran with using of TOPSIS model

ديپلماسي ورزشي پديده‌اي است فراگير كه در سطح ديپلماتيك جزء مولفه‌هاي مهم ارتباطي ميان كشور‌ها و ملت‌ها محسوب مي‌شود و از آن جهت مهم است كه بدانيم جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان كشوري قدرتمند در عرصه ديپلماسي، در چه وضعيتي در اين حوزه قرار دارد. لذا در مطالعه حاضر سعي شد تا با استفاده از مدل تاپسيس به عنوان يكي از تكنيك‌هاي قوي در تصميم گيري چند معياره به اين مهم پرداخته شود. بدين منظور پس از تهيه ابزار پژوهش و تاييد روايي آن، در بين جامعه آماري پژوهش كه شامل اساتيد هيات علمي و مديران خبره در حوزه ورزش و ديپلماسي بودند توزيع و جمع آوري گرديد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد "افزايش روز افزون قدرت و جذابيت رويدادهاي ورزشي بين المللي(Ci 0.83)" از مهمترين دلايل توسعه ديپلماسي ورزشي در كشور مي باشد. ديگر نتايج پژوهش حاكي از وضعيت بحراني در حوزه‌هاي "سازمان متولي(Ci 0.38)" و "سياست‌ها و برنامه‌ها(Ci 0.26)"ي كشور در حوزه ديپلماسي ورزش است. در اين زمينه "توانمند سازي ظرفيت‌ها(Ci 0.65)" مهترين راهبرد و "توسعه جامعه شناسي سياسي(Ci 0.81)" مهمترين پيامد اين پديده از نگاه صاحب‌نظران بود. آنچه از مطالعه اين پژوهش مي توان نتيجه گرفت ضرورت تدوين برنامه بلند مدت در راستاي توانمندسازي ظرفيت‌ها براي بهبود نقاط بحراني است.

Sports diplomacy is a pervasive phenomenon that at the diplomatic level is an important component part of communication between nations and states. an‎d it is important to know that the Islamic Republic of Iran as a powerful country in the field of diplomacy, in what is the situation in this area. In this study we tried to use the TOPSIS as one of powerful techniques in multi-criteria decision on this matter be addressed. After preparing research tool and confirm its validity, the population of the study which includes faculty members and administrators were experts in the field of sports and diplomacy were collected and distributed. The results show that "increasing the strength and attractiveness of international sporting events (Ci 0.83)” of the main reasons for the development of sports diplomacy in the country. The results indicated the critical situation in the area "trustee organization (Ci 0.38)" and "policies and programs (Ci 0.26)" the country is in the field of sports diplomacy. In this context, "Empowering capacity (Ci 0.65)" most important strategy, and "development of political sociology (Ci 0.81)" The major consequence of this phenomenon from the perspective of the experts. What can be concluded from this research study, the need to develop a long-term plan to strengthen and improvement the critical points.
