تحليل تطبيقي بن مايه‌هاي سياست مدن در كتاب شهريار ماكياولي و اخلاق ناصري

A Comparative Study of Themes of Politics (Siasat-e Modon) in Niccolo Machiavelli’s “The Prince” and Nasir al-Din al-Tusi’s “Nasirean Ethics

سياست مدن به رابطۀ دولت با ملّت و نقش سياستمدارن و رهبران سياسي بر زندگي شهروندان مي‌پردازد. غايت سياست مدن رفع خواسته‌ها و احتياجات فردي، اجتماعي و معنايي در جامعه مدني است. ماكياولي راه هاي مختلف كسب و حفظ قدرت و رسيدن به مقام شهرياري و خصوصيّات و اخلاقيّات پادشاه را تشريح مي‌كند و البته اساس نظريّه سياسي او بر بدبيني نسبت به انسان‌ها استوار است. خواجه نصير در سياست ملك و آداب ملوك به اصول سياست مدني و مؤلفه‌هاي اخلاقي در حوزه سياست پرداخته است. ماكياولي اصول اخلاقي را بر اساس راهبردها و استراتژي‌هاي سياسي اش بيان مي‌كند حال آنكه خواجه نصير راهكارهاي سياسي را بر اساس اصول اخلاقي تنظيم مي‌كند و هر چه را كه بااخلاقيات سازگار نيست به هيچ قيمتي نمي‌پسندد و اين درست عكس ديدگاه ماكياولي است. خواجه مهم ترين اصول سياست مدني را رعايت حال شهروندان مدينه مي-داند اما ماكياولي انديشه‌اي متفاوت دارد و به مقتضاي محيط و شرايط و زيردستان پادشاهاني كه به شيوه‌هاي مختلف به حكومت رسيده‌اند، رفتارهاي متفاوتي را پيشنهاد مي‌كند.

political leaders play within citizens lives. The purpose of civil policy is meeting individual, social and spiritual needs and requests in a civil society. The Prince by Niccolò Machiavelli and Naseri Morality by Khajeh-I Nasiroldin Tosi are two books that represent the principles of civil policy. The main base of this study is the analysis of similar and non- similar themes of these two politician thinkers. Machiavelli explains the different ways of acquiring and holding power, getting prince position, and the characteristics and moralities of the kings, however, pessimism towards human forms the base of his political theory. Khajeh Nasir, in kingship policy, concentrates on the civil policy principles and moral codes in politics. Machiavelli declares moral codes based on his political approaches and strategies and however, Khajeh Nasir uses moral principles as the foundations of political approaches and totally refuses everything incompatible with moralities which is a reverse picture of Machiavelli's viewpoint. Khajeh proposes respecting the citizens as the most significant principle of civil policy. On the other side, Machiavelli states a different strategy which proposes various treats depending situation and condition and the subalterns who came into power in different ways.
