Content Analysis of Structure of Addiction Treatment Centers in Iran

هدف: در اين پژوهش، ساختار مراكز درمان اعتياد در ايران با بررسي ديدگاه صاحب­ ‌نظران در اين حوزه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. روش: اين مطالعه به روش تحليل محتواي كيفي جهت‌دار با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه انجام شد. يافته­ ها: نتايج نشان داد ساختار كنگره 60 و انجمن معتادان گمنام، به ساختار مأموريت ويژه نزديك است. به دليل داشتن تقسيم كار محدود، سلسله‌مراتب ساده و استراتژي ايدئولوژي‌محور، داراي انعطاف‌پذيري و پويايي است. اما، كمپ، مراكز اجتماع‌درمان‌مدار و متادون‌درماني داراي ساختار آميخته هستند. به اين معنا كه اگرچه ويژگي‌هايي از ديوان ­سالاري حرفه‌اي در آن‌ها ديده مي‌شود اما بيش‌تر به ديوان­ سالاري ماشيني شبيه‌اند. نتيجه‌گيري: مراكز درمان اعتياد چون داراي كادر و برنامه‌هاي تخصصي حرفه‌اي در زمينه‌ي درمان هستند به ساختار حرفه‌اي نزديكند. اما وجود انبوه مقررات، سيستم اداري گسترده و دقيق آن‌ها را به ساختار ديوان­ سالاري ماشيني شبيه مي‌كند.

Objective: In this study, the structure of addiction treatment centers in Iran was investigated by considering the opinion of experts in this field. Method: This study was conducted by direct qualitative content analysis using interview instrument. Results: The results showed that the structure of Congress 60 and the Association of Anonymous Addicts is close to the special mission structure. Due to its limited division of labor, simple hierarchy and ideology-based strategy, it has flexibility and dynamics. However, the camp, therapeutic community centers, and methadone therapy have a mixed structure. That is to say, although they have the characteristics of professional bureaucracy, they are more like machine bureaucracy. Conclusion: Addiction treatment centers are close to professional structure because they have professional staff and specialized programs in the field of treatment. But the vast regulations make their extensive and rigorous bureaucratic system resemble a machine bureaucratic structure.
