چكيده فارسي :
ترسيم ساختار تعاملات مديريتي حاكمان از رهگذر تعمق در مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي مطرح در نامه اميرالمؤمنين(ع) به مالك اشتر، به‌وضوح بيانگر ژرفاي معرفتي مكتب علوي است. انتخاب الگوي كارآمد مديريتي و تنظيم سياست عدالت‌گستر داخلي و خارجي، ضرورت ساماندهي نوشتار حاضر را مضاعف كرده‌اند، لذا در اين پژوهش با روش تحليل محتوا و به‌صورت كيفي و توصيفي، مفاهيم اين عهدنامه واكاوي شده است. بهره‌گيري از اين روش، نگاه جامعي به شاخصه‌هاي تعاملي حاكمان، ضابطه‌هاي گزينش كاركنان و راهبردهاي نيل بدين اهداف كلان را نتيجه مي‌دهد. يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه متن نامه بر سياست داخلي تمركز دارد و بر مؤلفه‌هايي همچون عدالت‌ورزي، اصلاحات فرهنگي، ساماندهي اقتصادي و گزينش هدف‌دار كاركنان دولتي تأكيد شده است. توصيه‌هاي حضرت امير(ع) در عرصه سياست خارجي با محوريت نكوهش پيمان‌شكني نيز افق‌هاي نويني در تحليل متن نامه مي‌گشايد. گونه‌هاي مواجهه حكومتي در قالب تعاملي، تنبيهي، تربيتي، سنجشي و تشويقي بسامد قابل‌توجهي دارد و مدلي روزآمد در تمامي عرصه‌هاي مديريتي ارائه مي‌نمايد. توصيه حضرت امير(ع) به مدارا، بخشش، مهرورزي، عدم تبعيض در تعامل با مردم، تنبيه احتكاركنندگان و كارگزاران خيانت‌كار، همچنين دلگرم سازي فعالان شايسته، در اين شبكه مضموني برجسته شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Drawing the structure managerial interactions of rulers through deep though in the
most important raised components in the amir al-muminin(AS) letter to malek ashtar,
it is clearly expressive the epistemic depth of the alawi school. Choosing the
managerial efficient pattern and setting politics development of justice domestic and
foreign, they have doubled the necessity of organizing the present text. So in this
research has been analyzed concepts this treaty by method thematic content analysis
for qualities and descriptive. The utilization this method, gives result a
comprehensive look to ruler’s interactive indices, staff selection criterion and
strategies for achieving macro targets. That is findings stating has focus the text of
the letter on the internal policy and has been emphasis on the components like of
justice, cultural reforms, economcal organizing and government employee’s
purposive selection. Majesty amir (AS) recommendations as well it opens new
horizons in the analysis the text of the letter in arena foreign policy with focus blame
breaking the treaty. Types of governmental exposure have significant frequency in
the form of interactively, punitive, educative, evaluation and incentive and provides
an updated model in all arenas of management. Majesty amir (AS) recommendation
to interaction, forgiveness, kindness, non-discrimination in interacting with people,
people hoarders punishment and traitor brokers, also encourage worthy activists is
featured in this thematic network.
