انسان به ويژه گروه انديشمندان همواره در پي يافتن مسير سعادت و كشف حقيقت خود هستندو راههايي را براي رسيدن به آن از درون و برون نفس مي بينند و استواري و قطعيت آنها را با يكديگر مي سنجند.سيرمعرفتي مبتني بر ادراكات نفساني به سوي حق متعال سير انفسي است.غزالي معرفت نفس را كليد معرفت و شناخت خداوند مي‌داند و شناخت ملائكه و آخرت و همه معارف را از اين طريق ميسر مي‌داند.او نحوه شناخت در انسان را در مراتب ادراكي از ادراكات حسي،خيالي ، عقلي و مقام فوق آن به نام نبوت دانسته و اينكه انسان رابا عبور از اشتغالات دنيايي قادر به عالم عقلي نقش يافته به جميع معقولات شدن مي داند. او ادراك حقيقت الحقايق و عشق الهي را سعادت انسان معرفي مي‌كند.ملاصدرا معرفت نفس را فصل الخطاب و همه مراتب ادراكي را نفساني و مجرد مي داند بطوريكه در هر مرحله از قوه به فعل مي رسند تا با رفع كدورتهاي حاصل از اشتغالات نفساني با عقل فعال كه كمال ويژه انسان است متحد گردد و به درجه اي برسد كه موجودات اجزاي ذاتش شوند ونيرويش در همه آنها ساري و وجودش غايت همه مخلوقات و به مقام قرب الهي برسد.بر اساس سير انفسي منازل اخروي، حكايتي از مقامات نفساني انسان در سير عروجي او به سوي حق تعالي است.

Human, especially groups of thinkers always seek the path of their happiness and truth and see the ways from inside and outside the soul for getting it. Garlic knowledge is based on perception of the soul to God Almighty is spiritual journey.Ghazali believe self-knowledge is the key of God knows and Understanding the angels and the other world and all wisdom is via this way. He the levels of perception that they are sensory perception, imagination, intellect and above its name is prophecy and he say human can cross from worldly dependency to be intellectual universe that is depicted in all rationals.He introduces perception of truth and divine love to human happiness.Mulla sadra say self-knowledge is final world and all levels of perception are spiritual and abstract, So that they arrive at each step from potentiality to actuality until the man unite with the active intellect with the removal of turbidity of sensual dependency and Man obtain to degree that the creatures are parts of his nature and he is current in them and their goal is his existence and he close to GOD.Based on Spiritual journey the hereafter homes are, a story of the human beings in the course of his ascension to God Almighty.
