تأثير تحولات اقتصادي جمهوري آذربايجان بر هويت‌هاي هم‌زيست در نواحي آذري نشين ايران

Explaining the Impact of Economic Developments in the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Identities of Coexistence in the Azerbaijani Azeri Regions

كشور آذربايجان با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي، فاقد يك كشور همسايه با هويت قومي، زباني و فرهنگي مشترك و يك شريك استراتژيك است. در بخش جنوبي آن به‌رغم اشتراكات فراوان با ايران، دولت‌مردان و قدرت‌هاي فرا منطقه‌اي تلاش نموده‌اند تا همواره به‌عنوان سياسي متفاوت نسبت به ايران در منطقه نقش‌آفرين باشد. اگرچه آذربايجان فعلاً داراي روابط نسبتاً خوب با ايران است، اما در صورت تحريك‌هاي قومي، مي‌تواند زمينه ‌ساز جدايي‌طلبي استان‌هاي آذري­ نشين ايران را فراهم سازد. لذا هدف اين پژوهش بررسي آثار تحولات اقتصادي آذربايجان بر هويت‌هاي همزيست در مناطق آذري نشين شمال غرب ايران مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش تركيبي از (كمي و كيفي) مي­باشد. ازنظر هدف كاربردي و ازنظر ماهيت و روش توصيفي است. جهت نرمال و يا غير نرمال بودن داده‌هاي پرسشنامه از آزمون كولموگروف-اسميرنوف، و براي سنجش پايايي مقادير نيز از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد اقدامات توسعه‌اي آذربايجان موفقيت‌هايي را در حوزه اقتصادي به دست آورده كه روند هويت‌يابي قومي در اين كشور را سرعت بخشيده و همين امر، هويت‌هاي همزيست شامل هويت‌هاي ملي، ديني و قومي در ميان استان‌هاي آذرنشين ايران را دچار بازانديشي يا باز چينش كرده است. به‌گونه‌اي كه در ميان بخشي از آنان، سلسله‌مراتب بينا ذهني هويت‌هاي هم زيست، هويت قومي به جايگاه اوليه ارتقاءيافته و مي‌تواند مسائلي را بين دو كشور ايجاد كند.

Although the Republic of Azerbaijan currently enjoys relatively good relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran and also enjoys considerable security and stability on the borders of the two countries, But in the event of ethnic and nationalist provocations, the Republic of Azerbaijan can pave the way for the secession of the Azerbaijani provinces of Iran. It seems that the economic developments and improvement of living conditions of the people of Azerbaijan can have a significant impact on the ethnic divergence towards Iran and on the convergence towards the Republic of Azerbaijan.The purpose of this study was to explain the effects of economic developments in Azerbaijan on coexistence identities in Iranian Azerbaijani provinces. This research is based on an analytical descriptive study. Some of the data from this study were used through questionnaire and snowball sampling method. The findings of the research show that the development plans and programs of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the last three decades since its formation, especially the achievements in the economic field, have accelerated the process of ethnic identification in this country. And, coexistence of national, religious, and ethnic identities among the Azeri provinces of Iran has been rethought or reconsidered. As part of the Azeri community of Iranian hierarchies of co-ethnic identities, ethnic identity has been elevated to the position of primary identity and can create issues between the two countries in the future.
